Hello, To the owner. Let me start off with this, the food was VERY GOOD. I called the restaurant to let them know that my order was prepared wrong. The Lady who answered the phone, I think she was VERY RUDE. I was explaining to her that my Granddaughter ordered my meal through door dash. It was the works Skillet. She then ask me how do you know your Granddaughter ordered the right meal? Very rude. I know because I was on FaceTime with her & she was sharing her screen. So I seen what she ordered. Exactly what I wanted. Then she called the restaurant to make sure there was No mushrooms in my dish. I couldn't explain the purpose of my call to the Lady for her not listening to what I was trying to say & for her talking over me & being SO RUDE. Finally I got the chance to tell her that there was No ham or bacon in my dish. Then she asked me what do I want them to do about it. Again SO RUDE. I told her I was just calling to let them know that my food was prepared wrong & I should've got what my Granddaughter paid for. The works Skillet. Ham, bacon, sausage, potatoes, peppers, cheese. Not just the sausage. Again there was No ham & bacon in it. I didn't want mushrooms. Which wasn't in there. Then she said Ok, I would let them know. So if she didn't I am letting the owner know. I am a Elderly Mature person & don't appreciate RUDENESS FROM NO ONE. Especially when my food was prepared wrong.

Seated right away. Plenty of waitresses on hand walking by. Not very busy at all, but took 15 minutes to get a waitress. Took our order and watched other patrons come in and get instant service. After a half hour another waitress shows up and ask us shat we ordered. Our waitress never came back. Food was thrown to gether and not what anyone would expect. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Great food and very nice atmosphere. Large portions and very well prepared. Recommend the Biscuits and gravy combo. Also the sausage was high quality and not over seasoned. The bacon was crispy but not over cooked and the rest of the meal was cooked to request. Very friendly staff, but can get busy. Worth the wait if you have to.

My husband and I come to Brothers ALL OF THE TIME, and we have NEVER had a bad experience. Everyone is friendly, and they ALWAYS speak to everyone who hits the door! I recommend this place to everyone.
