Buffalo Wild Wings

17 dollars for a 10 piece of traditional wings is crazy work small wings not even done.

Haven’t been to this location in a while, reminds me why. My waitress was fairly new so I gave her some grace, however she didn’t not get my order right from the jump which hey shit happens. Moving on asked for bbq sauce 3 times never received it, asked for refill on my drink did not get the first 2 times asked. The waitress walks by and asks if we want the check, honestly just something to drink would have been nice. Didn’t get my refill til the 3rd time I asked. I ordered all you can eat wings was nearly an hour and half before I could even put in my second order for them. And after the wings I got were wrong 😑 Disappointed! Will have to continue to go to other locations.

Take out sucked today. Our order was all wrong. Time and money wasted. Happy Easter.

My family and I usually always go to Buffalo Wild Wings. We decided to try their takeout for the first time. I ordered our usual and had it repeated back to me, but when we went to pick it up, our order was still wrong. I called back to make a complaint, and they said they would redo our Wings, but we would have to pay for our sides, meaning that we spent 40$ alone on just 2 ten piece wings. I'm so disappointed, honestly.

The worst and the most disrespectful staff i've dealt with. They had us waiting for more than an hour and it was not even busy, but very unorganized, very dirty, very disrespectful

J-ro is amazing she treated my husband and I so well. Her customer service was great and her speed was amazing.

I love JRO. I don't care how busy she is she always makes time for you. I've met a lot of great people there and I think of JRO as my daughter. Pretty upset when people who don't come in that often have to leave a bad reviews.

Always have the best time at BWW Merrillville because of the AWESOME bartender JRO!!! The most friendly, fun, caring, and hardworking bartender in the area. My husband and I come weekly because we have such a great time, every time.

J Ro is the best server I’ve ever had at a chain. Not only does she remember everyone’s name, but she’s also extremely personable. Couldn’t recommend this location enough!

J Ro the bartender is amazing. She is so friendly and always a smile on her face all while taking care of a packed bar area and making drinks for the rest of the restaurant. She is the energizer bunny. Keeps that area well run and is always busy doing something. Always happy to see everyone of her customers 😊

Sat at the bar and the bar tender did nothing but complain about her personal life. (J RO) I just got off work and just wanted to sit and have a great time but yet ws stuck listening to her complain..

I came here tonight (Saturday) and it's wasn't too packed, food was good per usual. We had CeCe as our waitress and she really made the whole night. She had noticed my sons burger was burnt so she had the cooks make him a new one AND took it off our bill for the extra wait time. She was really personable. The new maple chipotle and Cajun wings are a must try. 😋

So I had placed a Uber Eats order from this location and when I received it I realized I had the wrong items. Called the store and we were able to figure out the issue was with the Uber Eats Driver but the manager I talked to was great and made it right and I greatly appreciate that!!!

Good food but the service speed is terrible. Better off ordering to go or walking down the strip to the other restaurants.
