Most disrespectful manager I've ever met in my life I've sat and drive through for 10 minutes waiting for one sandwich and I get attitude from them cuz I asked him what took so long

The customer service at this location is absurd. I pull up the drive through and there is nothing. Complete silence for 5 MINUTES then I say hello and get a dry "one moment". I placed a mobile order that took over 25 minutes to get. What is happening here?? Slow, disorganized and unprofessional. I hate this is the only location in this area.

They are so rude!! from the top to the bottom it is clear that this location does not care about customers. i spoke to the store manager to inform her that the previous shift left off one of my items out of the bag. when i asked for a resolution she retorted “there’s nothing i can do” in a nasty tone. i said well can you replace it? she said “umm you ordered from the app so you need to follow up with them” I am a bk rewards member and if you have ever ordered from the app you’ll know that it does not allow you to seek resolution after a store issue the only option you have is to review your experience. which i did, but i still have not received any communication from burger king. im going to try the location down the street and see if the general manager is the same.

Service sucked employees have really bad attitudes. Waiting for food for about 20 minutes 10 minutes of that was just waiting at the ordering window to tell them I placed an order online Really bad experience won’t be coming back to Burger King for a very long time if I even go back

This place is a complete waste of time. I ordered three rodeo burgers, but it took me a whopping 25 minutes to get them. Meanwhile, I had to pull up and watch the workers gossip and smoke cigarettes.

The person that cook the food did a great job on my fish sandwich but the lil girl in the drive threw last night around 6:45 pm parked us and didn't give us our drinks alright cool even though they just sitting there getter watery ight then comes out with our food no drinks and rudely said oh o gotta go get yall drinks and turn around came back with diet coca when i asked for regular ruined my night. But on the up side the sandwich and fries was fresh and good!!!

This is the first burger King I have been to that is beyond trash. They need to close this location down immediately. Was in drive thru 15 minutes before I finally said forget it and drove off. They suck so bad and I am surprised they are still open.
