Food was good and hot. But the service was horrible. My wife asked for a pop behind the counter due to the pop machine in front having no ice with warm pop. The cashier looked at my wife and said it's the same pop. She gave her a cup of ice and walked away with an attitude. I'm sorry your young and was asked to do your job. SMH... Won't be back to this location.

Worst service I have EVER had. Sat in line behind 1 car for 10 minutes before it was my turn to order. Once I got to the ordering microphone it was another ten minutes before someone took my order. Once that finally happened i knew I was in trouble because the car I sat behind for 10 minutes was still at the window. Sat there for another 15 minutes while they got her order together which was a small bag of food so it was not a huge order. Once I got to the window I thought things would go a little quicker, all I ordered was a Whopper Jr. I was wrong. I watched the employees walk around without a care in the world. Zero urgency. There was no one else in the place and no one else in line. 20 minutes later I got the crappiest hamburger of my life. I am furious. This was my lunch hour and I was gone for over an hour. Unacceptable!! DO BETTER BURGER KING!

I am editing my review, because what kind of jerk leaves a one star review just because a place closed 12 minutes early!?
Things happen. I don’t know anything about why they closed early. Maybe someone had an emergency. Who knows?
What I do know is that I tried the barbecue brisket whopper the next day at a different Burger King, so everything worked out and it was even better than I expected!

If I could put 0 stars I would. Forgot half our order . 3 employees in the whole building who literally didn't even know each others names and let us order food with extra sauce then we pay and they tell us they don't even have the sauce we ordered.moral of the story, just stop somewhere else.

Avoid this Burger King at all cost I went there two weeks ago they over cooked the onion rings under cooked the original chickens caused the person who took a bite of it to get food poisoning I called the next day got hung up on by a manager and tried to call multiple times and they didn't answer left messages never called back screw this place and absolute dumpster of an establishment

It seems that the whopper Jr.s, are smaller then the rest of the burger Kings I have visited recently.

Employees, including the manager, were busy on their phones instead of engaging with me, the customer. I had to ask multiple times for zesty sauce, which they still forgot, forcing me to return to the restaurant and ask again because the employees (including the manager) were more interested in their phones. The bathrooms were disgusting, with filth everywhere, and it looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or restocked in days.Kudos to the one cook/worker who was actually working.

I strongly recommend the owner review these issues, address staff training on customer service, and ensure proper maintenance of the facilities to improve the overall experience.
