It was my first time here for my daughter’s birthday. I ordered king crab and my daughters had snow crab. The snow crab was fine.The gumbo was pretty good. The server I had was very nice.The king crab had a chemical smell and taste. The waiter was really nice and said that he would advise the manager. The manager came over only to say no refunds or exchanges. I told him I wasn’t asking for a refund or exchange but the king crab tasted odd and it was overcooked and rubbery and even showed him that I didn’t eat the food..he said again no refunds or exchanges. I asked what was the point of coming to the table if there was nothing you could do? He said they could redrop the food that I already had like with the sauce and everything on it? He said yes.That doesn’t even sound sanitary ,mind you gratuity of 18% is automatically added .So basically they don’t care what your issue is because the tip is already added.I will never come here again and I will not recommend it to anyone else. For $300 that is the customer service I received from this place. Spend your money elsewhere! DONT GO HERE!!!!!

Love this place but since when do they say they're open until 8 online but stop taking walk ins at 7? Walked in at 715. Birthday night essentially ruined because this is all I was looking forward too.
