Charleys Cheesesteaks

Tried ordering two separate Saturdays but was turned away both times because they were too busy and one had one worker. Maybe hire some help.

Today is my birthday I wanted was Charley’s from Southlake mall. The three individuals behind the grill were just standing around when they saw people come up to the register. When I finally got service I was told they were only selling fries & drinks. I was so disappointed as this is not the first time this has happened to me. Please get new staff immediately.

Tried to place an order at 7:15 and was told they were only serving fries and drinks. Times are misleading. Closing an hr early with a mall full of people. Im sure they’re missing out on money.

At 11:10 on Monday 10/14, we stopped by and were walking past looking at the menu—the lady working there came out from the back and shouted at us that they don’t open until 11:30. First of all her tone was very rude, and second of all we were standing pretty far back showing we were just looking at our options. I will definitely not give them my service ever again after that. Not only does the time on google say they open at 11, but there was no reason for her to shout at us when we were just looking.

If someone could tell the lady to quit rushing people when there ordering I would tip but everytime I eat here they act like there’s a long line like today I was the first person no one behind me she didn’t even give me time to think and I thought she was a bit rude as well someone tell her that’s not how you treat customers

So i ordered this place not knowing it was a mall spot, but who cares. Honestly i dont leave reviews even if something was god awful. Im very particular and hard to please. Yet, we are all different. Only reason i dont give them full stars is the canned jalapeños. I get it though. Cost effectiveness and waste vs having to keep fresh. I got the Kentucky Bourbon and Bacon phillies. The bourbon was amazing. The bacon…..good but it wasnt the bourbon. I feel id prefer a regular philly over it, or another bourbon! Everyone views their experience differently, but i feel this is pretty darn good and worth a shot!

I was supposed to pick up an Uber eats order here at 7:45 PM. There was no one at the counter at all. I waited around five minutes until somebody finally came up and told me that they were closed and could not make the order for them.

Chicken teriyaki add grilled mushrooms no lettuce or tomatoes!! My wife put me on and I'll never get anything else so fire ???

I got a cheese steak and they folded the paper in the sandwich which made the meat and cheese stuck to the sandwich ,the when I pull the paper wrap around the sandwich it just fell apart and the refuse to make me another sandwich which they tried to peel the meat and cheese from the paper, said the meat was still good..
