Loved the one location in Valparaiso. Very clean and sandwiches are fresh. And the staff helped me order through my phone. They have a QR code on each table and the food comes to you. Very nice. There is a kiddie corner for the little ones to play too

My partner doesn't let me eat at Chick-fil-A because of their position on women's reproductive rights. But just between me and you (The entirety of the internet) I sneak me some chicken sandwiches when I can! Sneaky chicken is definitely tastier chicken! Try it out! I suggest eating here and then lying to your partner about it... You will see what I mean.

The absolute worst service I’ve ever had at a Chick-Fil-A. I received chicken strips instead of chicken nuggets and they wouldn’t correct it because I didn’t have a sticker that was on my tray. When I asked to talk to the manager Shirley she was extremely rude and refused to help me. So I left paying for food I never received. This was the complete opposite of any other CFA across the country where it is ā€œmy pleasureā€ to serve you. Needless to say, I’ll never go back there again.

Very disappointed and concerned. I’ve been a loyal Chick-fil-A customer forever and have always trusted their quality — but this experience completely changed that.

I ordered two meals about 40 minutes before closing, and the chicken nuggets I received were cold, sticky, smelled strange, and looked gray/pink and undercooked on the inside. It was so disturbing I couldn’t even finish my food. I even felt sick afterward.

I went to the restaurant the very next day, showed the food and photos, and the manager showed little concern — offering only a refund for the nuggets, which did not feel appropriate given the situation.

I also reported the issue to Chick-fil-A corporate over a week ago and was told someone would follow up — no one ever did.

I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability and food safety in this case. I hope this location and corporate leadership take this seriously before someone gets seriously sick.

I wanted to share my recent experience at the Chick-fil-A located next to Southlake Mall in Merrillville, Indiana. I’ve been a customer at this location several times, but today’s visit left me very disappointed.

While waiting in the drive-thru, my order was ready and sitting at the window. However, instead of handing it to me promptly, the manager on duty — named Eric — chose to publicly chastise a young staff member right in front of me. He was explaining job responsibilities in a way that felt more like a reprimand than guidance, and doing so in the presence of a customer was unprofessional and uncomfortable.

As a paying customer, I should not be placed in the middle of internal employee discipline, especially when it delays service and detracts from the overall experience. This interaction left a very negative impression. I’ve noticed a decline in customer service at this location recently, and unfortunately, this incident confirmed it.

At this time, I will not be returning!
