Chipotle Mexican Grill

Paid for extra meat and & 3 toppings — missing 2 of the 3 toppings and barely any meat. Pretty pathetic for $14. This is the second time I’ve been disappointed with the food here. Never do pick up because they will jip you.

Avay, the manager, was rude and dismissive towards my concerns about hair in my food. The previous manager, Xay, was always caught flirting with the younger girl employees. Reported this to higher management, and nothing got resolved. The food was burned or cold. The teen employees were rude and had an attitude. No accountability whatsoever, and the environment reflects that. DON'T EAT HERE!

The kid making our bowls was hardly putting ANY food in them. Then he got a bad attitude when you asked for more because it wasn’t right. Chipotle is NOT a cheap place to grab lunch but you normally get what you pay for and get a good amount of food. It was happening to the customers before and after me too. If portion sizes have gone down that drastically we will NOT be back. So disappointed in the tiny bits of chicken in my bowl.

Clean up the place! The entire place needs a wipe down. Even the food serving area looked nasty. It wasn't even busy... Somebody clean up!

I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone the staff here is rude we walked in and right away someone yelled “we aren’t taking orders right now” never had good service coming to this location.

Worst Chipotle experience I've had. I ordered online to pick up in the lane. Waited 15 mins after my order was supposed to be ready. 3 different people came.to the window and asked who it was for. I'm not even sure they knew what orderedbecause I had to tell them I got a drink. Then I pulled off realizing they didn't give me my chips. Got back in line and waited 5-8 more mins for someone to even come to the window, no one was in front of me. The chips have no salt and the guacamole is not even blended together, it is nothing but huge chunks of onion and avocado.
