Came in late last night for a chicken bowl. Natalie went above and beyond to explain the options and had an incredible disposition despite it being late and near the end of their work day. People like that just lift up everyone else around them. Again, despite it being late, the food displayed very well and was fresh. A young lady I think her name was Aisa took care of my food this morning made my meal while making sure no cross contamination from sauces got into my food. She greeted me with a smile and asked how my day was, she even let me taste test the sofritas. 10/10 recommend.
I have gone to this Chipotle in Merrillville before and didn't have any problems. This time, I did the same order, same way but when I got to the drive up lane, no one ever came to the window. I had to park and go inside. That was ok, but then I had to flag someone down to get my food...there was only 1 other customer in the store. Despite the staffing issues, the food was great and I will return. Just thought it was an odd experience.
