We had came Saturday night 5 adults 5 kids all under the age of 4 everything was going fine until a fight had broken out and one of them ran out to the their vehicles to grab a gun came back in and started swinging it around this place has 0 security measures for being a children’s play place everyone was running out a family was celebrating their babies 1st birthday no refunds of any sort were issued which was shitty will definitely not be returning

This place is a hell no for me it’s the fact there’s no security, and we clearly need it !!!!!! Came here yesterday to spend time with my nieces & nephews I brought 60 minutes for 4 cards & brought 3 large pizza, regular & medium wings and we was only in there for 15 minutes and a fight broke out, man had guns and people was running all over the place the police had to come so I wanted a refund and these people told me it’s nothing they can do about it so $300 down the drain they were so unprofessional, rude & aggressive this place need to be close down immediately !!!!!! this keep on happening, this wasn’t the first time this has happen this year as I heard people kept saying and still no security

Employees ignore you at all cost. They kept cursing and talking bad about customers. This is a kids place! Dont work here if you cant be friendly! Dont come unless you want to deal with that! Sad!!

ANIYAH! We went about a week ago or so and this girl who works there named Aniyah was nothing but kind, caring, patient, and informative. She navigates her work duties with a certain grace and kindness which is rare to find. Her energy level was fun and bubbly which is so important for a space made specifically for kids. More importantly she kept that same energy throughout every interaction. She is a gem. This girl deserves a PAY RAISE, 1000%! If I ever travel with my kids in this area will definitely visit again! Also the character ChuckECheese who came out to do a birthday party really went out of his way to visit other kids (not part of the party) to their tables, at games etc and took time to interact and take pictures with all. Truly a wonderful experience overall.

Impromptu trip with our 5 year old Granddaughter. Including the three of us, there were approx. about 10-15 other patrons present at this time. Perfect, no crowd.
Ordered Pizza, Purchased Game Card..... Suddenly, the deafening sound of an industrial vacuum cleaner filled the room.
The place was spotless, it seemed the employee was just required to keep busy.
The vacuuming began in the large party table area while we were eating, then the employee moved into the game area. The vacuuming continued intermittently, for our entire 1.75 hr visit.
Enjoying the interactive dance floor was impossible, completely inaudible, due to the noise of the vacuum cleaner.
Safety First, vacuuming should be done absent of patrons.
Very unfavorable experience.

We had my daughter's sixth birthday party here. It was a small party but they accommodated us well and were kind about us not even having many kids coming.... They still gave my little girl and her sister a super awesome birthday show. Our party host and the manager who were with us on May 14th were both awesome and very kind, personable people. We are thinking about having my other daughters birthday party here in July .. she will be five. We shall see you again soon, CHUCK E CHEESE!!!
