The manager that was on duty wish I would have got his name. Was excellent, he was doing everything he could to make sure that place ran smooth. He was working everything. I could tell he didn't have the greatest staff around him, so he was trying to pick up where most of them were lacking. If it wasn't for him running that place it would be failing I know for sure. So if he's not the owner that man deserves the world when it comes to that store.

I hosted a last minute party for my daughter and jaylen was so informative and accommodating! I had gotten there after his shift but he was so helpful to me especially with it being so sudden! Rebecca was extremely engaged with all the kids, she went out of her way to make sure every kid in the building that night has a fun experience! She was determined for the night to run smooth and it did thanks to her wonderful service and hospitality thank you jaylen and Rebecca! They need a bonus!

Came in today with the family I got the 120 points. The cashier forgot to hand my the card when I went back to ask for the card that the cashier forgot to hand me he gave me attitude. Went to scan the card was missing points. The cashier was working as if he was being forced to be there. I asked for the manager he said he was the manager and says his name was TJ. I’m surprised that Chuck E. Cheese would allow him to be a manager as he could care less about the customers. Was very disappointed.

Why are all the bonuses now so low? It’s always been a scam and now bonuses are 20 tickets. My kid won a game that said if u beat it you get 50 tickets and it said she won three!

Absolutely worst time of our life. It was my son's golden 8th birthday. And we are a super easy to please family. They weren't going to have chuckie come out,said he couldn't go in the ticket blaster and it was part of the package we bought. Spent $200 for a table cloth pretty much. The staff were EXTREMELY unprofessional they smelt like weed and no one would help us figure anything out. We sat there and listened to them argue on who would even take care of the long line (it wouldn't have been long if there was any staff at the counter) I do NOT recommend booking a birthday party.

Place is big and clean but don't order anything other than pizza. I received burnt fries, asked for some that were not burnt and was told they will all be burnt as they don't use a fryer. The chicken wings were pigeon sized and burnt as well. The salad bar fixings looked old. The only good thing was the cheesy bread. Chuck E came out and walked from the back to the front of the restaurant and left the floor. He was out for about 5 minutes ignoring ALL the children. Also as I stood deciding what to order all the front end people left and I had to go get them to order. Also VERY expensive.

We went here for my son's 5th birthday. They were very nice although we had planned to order the buffet they didn't have any pizza out at 12pm when we arrived, so we just let the kids play and we ate somewhere else. Not that we were very disappointed about the buffet it was just a bit of an inconvenience. The games are fun for the kids and they have a nice variety.
