Owner was super super nice, very talkative. Food was fantastic and honestly you can play quite a bit of games with the money you spend on tokens.

I remember the experience as a kid in the 90’s. We always had a blast. Then it got bad for a longtime and by the time I had my own kids Chuck E Cheese wasn’t on the list of places I preferred taking them. I have to say, my mind is changed now. I don’t know who took over the company but they really got Chuck E back on the right track. The fun pass is genius and definitely pays for itself. Always get the time pass rather than points. I got it literally 12 months ago and I think I love it more than my kids. Saved me a ton of money this year. I noticed that it isn’t just one location too. I’ve been to different locations in 2 states and this revamp seems to be across the entire brand. The locations were clean, the managers and staff are always on the floor. They’re actually hiring good staff to run the locations now. The salad bar doesn’t look crazy anymore lol

Service was really terrible, staff also informed me that there kitchen was closed around 7:30pm this is honestly unbelievable because i use to come here as a kid and know Im honestly disappointed with the establishment and the staff as a whole

We booked a birthday party for my daughter at Chuck E. Cheese and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The kids had a blast, everything was well-organized, and the atmosphere was full of fun. A special shoutout to the manager, Timothy, who was absolutely world-class. He went above and beyond to take care of our group and made sure every detail was perfect. You can really tell he cares about his customers. Highly recommend!

This place has really gone downhill! As soon as we got there the cashier informs us the kitchen is closed for an hour!!!!! No ice in the machine for pop floor were sticky Bathrooms were disgusting! No one was clearing or cleaning table off for incoming customers! . We couldn't get help with some of the machines that weren't working! What happen to the security guard they used to have there ? The whole place smelled like marijuana!
