Stingy with toppings and a bad attitude. They act as if they are in a frosting drought, stingy with it even though there’s an entire tub. A bad attitude also shown by the employees there, the wait is absurd also. TELL THE LADY TO FIX THAT ATTITUDE

3pm on Sunday!!! I asked for a 4 pack!! I was told they didn’t have any more & they only had 15 mini pack. She didn’t say that they were making anymore, nothing!!! Or I would have waited. Girl wasn’t very friendly & 3 others were just standing around.

Super rude staff. Went today and the lady was extremely rude off the bat and had a horrible aggressive attitude after I asked a simple question nicely. I never leave bad reviews but this place is horrible. Customer service isn't for everybody and this place definitely won't be open much longer with the employees they have.

I'll only give this location 2 stars. I've been here quite a few times because of my untimely cravings, and the employees here always seem to have attitude... not cool. Just asking for something is usually received with an attitude. I'm so over this location.

Decided to have a family day and fiancé drove us out to the Southlake Mall to get Cinnabons for the family, all workers were rude including the manager constantly on their phones not giving a care about customers ! I have never ever felt more disappointed in this place I have been a regular customer and never gotten treated like this at this place ever until Saturday 9/21/2024! To the workers: If you don’t like dealing with humans then that job is not for you!

Their iced coffee was extremely watered down for $5 and the four-pack of mini cinnamon rolls was $6 It wasn't even worth 6cents. They were Extremely dry and cold . Not the cinnamon roll from cinnabon that I remember. I've had better coffee using cinnabon flavored coffee mate and a package of Pillsbury cinnabon cinnamon rolls at home. I Would NEVER recommend

Giving this place one star, only because zero stars isn't an option. We have always loved Cinnabon, though obscenely overpriced, still we were loyal customers. But bought a box of 6 earlier to take home for a special occasion. Phoned them an hour later to complain that the two that had been partailly consumed were Extremely Dry/ stale-tasting, and not at all the quality that we had paid for. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone said that as long as I came back With my receipt and the unused portion that they would exchange them. Ten minutes later, I wasted my time and my gasoline driving all the way back to the Mall only to be told that there was no longer 6 Cinnabons in the box. Well, duh, I didn't return the chewed up remnants. How do they think we knew they were stale if we didn't eat some of it? Did i know they were too dry just by touching the box?? HORRIBLE customer service! And I could have gotten a fresher Cinnamon roll from Little Debbie at the Local gas station. Cinnabon's quality has really declined, definitely no longer worth $5 - $6/ piece. Especially at this location.

I dont know what's going on with the service here but it has gotten horrible!! While I don't mind paying the prices for Cinnabon but what I want is a Cinnabon. I understand that nothing stays the same but these Cinnabons have gotten dry! They are never moist anymore never hot not enough Cinnamon just dry!! AND STOP TRYING TO SHOVE THOSE BOXED UP CINNABONS down my throat i want my hot and ready whether i buy 4 or 6. Most of the staff with colorful hair is rude!!! You're attitude shows in your work. GET IT TOGETHER MANAGEMENT!!!
