I dont know what's going on with the service here but it has gotten horrible!! While I don't mind paying the prices for Cinnabon but what I want is a Cinnabon. I understand that nothing stays the same but these Cinnabons have gotten dry! They are never moist anymore never hot not enough Cinnamon just dry!! AND STOP TRYING TO SHOVE THOSE BOXED UP CINNABONS down my throat i want my hot and ready whether i buy 4 or 6. Most of the staff with colorful hair is rude!!! You're attitude shows in your work. GET IT TOGETHER MANAGEMENT!!!

My friend gifted me and my family a 6 piece order of Cinnamon rolls from here since I've never tried them. They were way sweeter than I expected but I would try them again. If you have a sweet tooth come here lol they even give you a couple extra cups of icing as well.

This was the thinnest driest cinnamon roll ever had. It tastes, OK the first to outer layers after the dry outer layer. The quality of the cinnamon rolls has gone down every person there does not make them the same. The guy that made ours clearly did not know what he was doing. It’s very unfortunate. They need to have a consistent Baker that comes in & makes the pastries the same way each time, proper measurements. Because the employees will make them way too bitter with too much cinnamon or they taste funny with too much of the brown sugar. It’s always a gamble when you go to this Cinnabon, unfortunately. These are the pictures I just got home and put it on a plate to warm it up.It’s giving I will make my own Cinnabuns from now on.

Rude staff ! Drinks made us very ill . My mom has dementia and was trying to check out and the man checking us out was extremely rude and pushy ! Told us to hurry up because there was someone behind us ! I hope you get out of food service because your beyond rude ! Don't visit this location at all!

Went to this location on Friday May19 the customer service was a 5 these ladies standing with no hair nets on or anything so I asked for1 Cinnabon so after leaving and starting to eat a piece of hair was found in the buttom of my Cinnabon box will not visit again these ladies need hair covering sir,not sanitary at all

We ordered two different coffee drinks. Both tasted like watered down slime Oh yuck! We had just recieved our drinks, still standing there w cashier and said "oh We can't drink this" he said I'll get a manager for a refund" Sucks because we wanted a good coffee.... Manager lady came out and was very mean and obviously emotional, never said sorry, treated us like we were the problem when we were disappointed first, so rude. Will not go back here.

Keep It Cute

The smell will get you first. Then the warm cinnamon, buttery roll, and sweet, vanilla taste smacks you in the face. It is heaven in a roll. Never disappoints!!!
