My experiences there has varied. It’s a younger crowd they were card sometimes they get confused as to the orders like when you order on DoorDash sometimes it clicks and it makes you order six of the same cookie, but then when you go at the end your review it and it shows that you’ve owed six But sometimes the store makes it to where they pick one of the same so one time I ended up with six Ore And I’m like oh God I wanted one of every one of them clearly that was a mistake
With the buy six for four and the app going down, the young man they had at the outside of the door only letting people in that had orders ready for pick up did a fantastic job. Absolutely handled that chaos like a champ and was calm and polite the entire time.
I absolutely love the Crumbl in Merrillville! The cookies always taste great, the store is very clean and the employees are always very pleasant and work hard on making the cookies look perfect!
