I waited 10 minutes for 2 drinks and a small fry. After I got the fry I asked where the drinks were because there were 5 workers just standing there. The workers shrugged, did not even use words. I then had to wait for a manager to come over to get an answer and the drinks were actually ready for many minutes in a waiting freezer. Way to waste my time with terrible customer service

The quality of the food was as expected from your typical Culvers. Good enough not to get less than 5 stars.The service was rough. The staff basically had an error where they forgot to make our custards. If I hadn't have gone to the counter, we'd probably still be waiting. Lol.The atmosphere is also typical, but seems a bit disorganized. You can tell the management is struggling a bit to have this be a top notch location, but at the end of the day, it's Culvers in Merrillville, IN. Take it for what it's worth ?Would be back if hungry for Culvers, but with lowered dine-in expectations. ⭐⭐⭐
Usually Culver's is great. This one was a disappointment. Food was not fast and they where not that busy. When food was brought out they forgot our ice cream. Told the person and he said they would fix it. After 5 minutes I went in and no one had even made it.

Find somewhere else to go. They are an ice cream (custard) place that constantly runs out of ice cream (custard), hot fudge, and malt powder. Clearly somebody there doesn't know what they are doing.
