Service is pleasant and establishment quaint with some seats.All cupcakes are decorated to be pleasing to the eyes. They offer a nice selection of a variety of cupcake flavors, however, I was very dissapointed with the lemon cupcake and icing. The lemon cupcake lacked flavor with no hint of lemon and tasted like it was made with a corn muffin mix. The lemon icing also had NO lemon flavor and instead of being fluffy, the lemon icing was stale and crusty stiff in consistency to the point where I was able to roll it into a ball (see photo) with my fingers. The almond wedding cupcake was similar.Normally I give an establishment the benefit of the doubt and try them again before write them off, but in this case, I will pass as I wonder how they stay in business with such horrible cupcakes. I literally threw away over $20 for 2 cupcakes and 4 cakepops.

After a web search I found several, but no one even replied to any of my emails...until I found Cute as a Cupcake, that is! Michelle is a consummate professional, responded quickly every time, and addressed all of our dietary needs and flavor desires. My mom was absolutely over the moon for her GF cupcakes! The regular and vegan cupcakes did not disapppoint either, they were both beautiful and tasty - all of us were impressed! We also opted for delivery to the venue, they arrived on time and were perfectly packaged. Thank you for helping us create a very special evening for our parents!Vegetarian options: For a bakery, there were many more vegan options than I anticipated, and the flavors were on point.Dietary restrictions: Vegan, gluten free, egg free

(+) The space was nice and welcoming(+) The frosting was adorable and delicious(-)We got 4 cupcakes. One of them was less dry than the others, which tasted like they had been sitting for a few days. Ultimately, the cupcakes were small, DRY, & a little expensive for what they were(-) I felt like I was expected to walk in and immediately know exactly what I was getting . We had never been before, had a toddler and needed some time to browse the selection before ordering.(+) The employee was understanding and went back to what they were doing while we looked(-) The menu was digital and was not available on the screen for long enough to read before it switched to a picture of a cupcake... a hard copy somewhere would have been helpful for pricing(+) Vegan options were available. When I messaged my friend (before trying the cupcakes) she said she had already tried them and was not a fan of the icing ??♀️ which imo was the only part worth eating

Stopped by with no notice and picked up a dozen and a half of cupcakes. I took them to a group of guys that consumed them in about 10 mins. I had the turtle one personally. Broke the diet but they were absolutely amazing, girl at the counter was sweet, I will cater these again for sure!

Everything about this place is so cute. We both got a cake in a jars. I got toffee caramel n Reid got the strawberry lemon. Both were so so good. It's a little pricey but so worth it if you like cupcakes. They are decorated so cute too! Definitely recommend stopping in or ordering these cute cupcakes for an event.

This was my 1st time trying cupcakes from this bakery. The presentation was so cute, and there are so many varieties of custom cupcakes to choose from. Both the cream cheese and vanilla frosting were to die for, however, the cupcakes were dry. I definitely expected them to be moist for the price of around $4 (after tax) per cupcake. Seeing as this was my 1st visit, I'd return to purchase again. If they bake them just a few minutes less, I think they wouldn't be dry and would be the perfect cupcakes

I came here for the first time last week and initially I though the cupcakes might be overpriced but once I tried them I quickly changed my mind. I live over an hour away and would gladly make the trip again. I’m not exaggerating when I say these are the best cupcakes I’ve ever had! I tried a bite in the parking lot and ran right back in to order more.

My first time trying the cupcakes/ Schererville location. Customer service was great. The ladies were very nice and friendly. However, the cupcakes were hard, stale and overpriced. I emailed the owner to inform her. She states the cupcakes are served cold. I then places them in the microwave for a few seconds. Still stale, and no flavor. For the price of these small cupcakes, they should be moist and delicious. They also should be baked daily. My batch was clearly not baked on the day of sale. I do not recommend!
