I’ve experienced a host of problems during three visits to this location. The blizzards were poorly mixed on one occasion. The pretzel sticks were hard as a rock on the second visit. Finally, I felt like I was in trouble for asking for a lid for my blizzard. On at least two of the visits there were literal children running around the kitchen. I understand possibly needing to bring kids to work for one reason or another but at least ensure they have something to do to keep busy....
They honor the rewards points and mobile coupons now. Redeemed me a small malt and was a short fill would be my only minor complaint but it was free. Load those shake, malt and sundae cups up and keep giving good service and people will come around to new owners. Seems like they’re trying.
Excellent location. I am unsure of the names, but owners (I assume?) strive to provide great service. It isn’t easy to please everyone coming to their location. However, they have a great work ethic & always have!!!
