This is a very nice place and friendly staff. The only thing I don't like is they discontinued my salted caramel truffle blizzard. 😔 But the place itself and the employees are very good! There is not a long wait, I went through the drive-thru and was in and out.

Don't try to door dash anything from here an hour or 2 before closing cause they'll accept it then cancel, so not only don't you get your cool treats, you have to wait to get your cash back.

Absolutely the best DQ in NW Indiana! The staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable! Customer service, they need to teach every business on how it’s done! Ordered a cake and pup cups for a Dog party, living 30 minutes away from the location! Everything was PERFECT! People who had the cake and said I cannot believe it from Dairy Queen (They had bad experience with other locations). I was referred by a friend. The experience was amazing, the cake was amazing, the staff was amazing! I would give to 100 stars if I could! Thank you so much! Made the party perfect!

I placed my order online at 8:53. Said it would be ready at 9:09. Sat in car waiting to finish. At 9:09 I sent my grandson in to pick up. Well at 9:21I walked in to see what was happening. The girls stood around looking dumb founded. Nothing was made. She started making then. By this time I was pissed. She tossed my ice cream on counter and turned her back on me. The ice cream was half melted also. The ice cream would have falled out if turned upside down like a blizzard supose to. Ugh I will never come back to DQ. If your employees don't like their job then maybe they should go elsewhere. I have been in customer service for 40 years and just retired. Your Employees are very rude. These girls had always said be blessed yeah rigjt. If you don't mean it don't say it.
This DQ is sooòooo much better than the one on 35th and Broadway because of service, prices, and speed ?

Visiting hometown and stopped at specific location where I’ve ordered an “Oreo frappe” dozens of times my entire childhood. Was just met with a giggle and told they don’t have those and never had those. I thought I was crazy and looked it up because maybe it was discontinued? Only to be met with a picture and description of the exact drink and name I was talking about ? idk, hope they figure their menu out.

The worst experience ever... the guy kept cutting me off as I was speaking at the drive thru... I ordered 2 blizzards... that were not properly made... I asked him for a bag twice because I was the only person in the car... which I thought should have been a no brainer... over all customer service was trouble... my blizzards were trash... I will not come back to this Dairy Queen... and it's in my neighborhood... Please hire better quality teenagers...
