Visiting hometown and stopped at specific location where I’ve ordered an “Oreo frappe” dozens of times my entire childhood. Was just met with a giggle and told they don’t have those and never had those. I thought I was crazy and looked it up because maybe it was discontinued? Only to be met with a picture and description of the exact drink and name I was talking about ? idk, hope they figure their menu out.

The worst experience ever... the guy kept cutting me off as I was speaking at the drive thru... I ordered 2 blizzards... that were not properly made... I asked him for a bag twice because I was the only person in the car... which I thought should have been a no brainer... over all customer service was trouble... my blizzards were trash... I will not come back to this Dairy Queen... and it's in my neighborhood... Please hire better quality teenagers...

Horrible service, I asked to pay separately for my food, and it just did what he wanted and ran my cards twice. The manager was no help either she didn't do anything, she said she would talk to him but didn't do much of anything else.

Walked into the store and it smelled just like it did when I was a kid! Sweet fresh ice milk and cleanliness! The staff of young ladies proficient and good at there jobs. Everything was great! I'm glad I walked over there today!

I went here because the other one near me didn't have the churro dip.. I ordered a large dipped cone ... I asked the kid if they take the extra ice cream home they don't give to customers cuz this was the smallest "large cone" I ever got in my life .. then this kid tried to tell me it's by weight !!!! Needless to say I'll go to hobart next time ... I literally feel robbed... the plastic lid is taller then my ice cream on my large cone!
