First off where do I start. I ordered my food at 1:30 2hrs past and I called the store for him to tell me that it’s 1 driver 25 orders waiting and that I can come pick the order up cause it would be probably another hr so I went to pick it up offered me a 12pz pop for the inconvenience. When I got home pizza was lukewarm warm slid to the side tried to call to talk to the manager no manager. Then to make matters worse I called today to talk to a manager first off I wasn’t born yesterday the same person who got on the phone when I asked for a manager didn’t say hold on or anything 2 seconds later a man gets on the phone sounded like the same person that answered the phone but maybe I’m stupid. Then explain just what I explained to this review at the top also telling him I don’t want the order made again just letting them know that next time 2hrs the order should of been remade he proceeded with o tell me are you calling to complain if so have a good day cause he is the manager he gave me my order yesterday well if you a manager you need to be fired cause hanging up and just disregarding my complaint yes my complaint was very damn unprofessional but it’s fine I’m not stopping here cause being rude to a paying customer is a ridiculous and your a manager

HORRIBLE!!! Wasn't feeling good and placed an order for delivery at 6:35pm for my kids. It's 8:34pm and guess what, NOTHING!!! Spoke with a gentleman around 7:20pm stating they're short staff and my order was still waiting to be picked up by driver. Called again at 8:30pm and spoke with GM and she's making all excuses for the driver. Told her should give a heads up to your customers if there's a delay and pizza tracker said it was delivered which it wasn't and she goes the app glitches when driver is carrying multiple orders. What!?! My order wasn't with him!! It was still at your damn store. Don't get shitty with your customers when you're 2 hours late for delivery. Uncalled for. Will NOT order from here ever again if this is how they treat people who order from them. Now I have to wait for a refund 🤬😡

Edit: it won’t let me post my picture but it was a Alfredo pizza with the sauce a the few pieces of chicken at the edge of the box like the driver was turning the Corner doing 50mph or slamming on the breaks.

Last Friday I ordered 2 pizzas and bread bites to be delivered around 5 pm on Saturday. I ordered for my Grandson as I would be out of town. I checked in with him around 6 pm, he said he did not receive it, but it was completed per the website. I had to call back a few more times, I was told that it was being delivered soon, nope. The next time I was told it would be 30 - 40 minutes, nope. The last time I called, I was told that they only have 1 driver and it would be a while it. The order was finally delivered after 11 pm. Never had an issue before, but will never order from them again.

I ordered my food online for delivery. They forgot the chicken wings on the order. I called the store to have them sent out. I have been ignored for the last hour and a half trying to get ahold of someone for service. This is the last time that I order from domino's. This was all around bad service.

4-28-25 7pm...Ordered a pepperoni Parmesan stuffed crust pizza & a philly pizza.. the pepperoni pizza literally had 4 pepperonis on it pmo so bad.. If I wanted a cheese pizza I would've ordered one. Now I remember why I stopped patronizing this location ..Do better Dominos employees!

Order our pizza at 6:50pm. It's now 10pm. Still no pizza! And when asked at 8:15pm I was told it just got put in.
Now they are refusing to answer the phone we were on hold for an hour. This place is the definition of lack of Management! It is now 10:20pm. We ended up going there and the manager said the driver tried but no one answered. We were watching our cameras. They were never here!

I went in to pick-up order the girl with the eve braids mixed color on the ends and blue gloves on was touching dough and ringing up people with the same gloves. She acted like she didn't wanna be bothered. The men were nice and pleasant. I got the wrong order. Please check your pizza before you leave please!

I went into this location with my E-Giftcard to purchase my items. The young man that took my order was professional and the young lady that tried to assist me was remarkable. However, the manager on duty had no cares in the world trying to help his staff assist me in my order. He kept telling me to just go online. He kept stating my machine not working. This entire team needs a tutorial on how to insert an E-Giftcard when customers arrive. This location needs a tutorial on customer service when someone enters their location to purchase food. This was a horrible experience and needless to say I was unable to receive my order because I left cash at home because I thought my gift card would be used.

Delivery promptness, app utilization - great. Pizza quality - too darn oily. When you sample different pizza joints, you start to know. They can do better.
