They be messing up the orders and when you call to tell them that it’s messed up they don’t want to answer the phone and when they do they want to give you an attitude I would not be eating there anymore

The service at this establishment was exceptionally slow, causing a significant delay in receiving my order. Despite placing an online order with an estimated wait time of 20 minutes, it was disheartening to find that the actual wait time was closer to an hour. The disappointing length of time it took to receive the pizza in store ultimately led to the food being served cold, indicating a lack of attention to detail and care in food preparation.

Additionally, the staff I encountered was notably unprofessional. Their lack of a proper welcoming demeanor, coupled with audible complaints about the influx of orders on a Sunday, created an uncomfortable atmosphere for customers. What was more disconcerting was the lack of hygiene practices observed, as the staff failed to use gloves while making and boxing the pizza, visible through clear panels in the preparation area. This, combined with their unkempt appearance and seeming unpreparedness for their roles, further emphasized the disregard for customer satisfaction.

Given the subpar service, unprofessional behavior, and poor hygiene practices witnessed during this visit, it is evident that this establishment falls short of basic standards. It is strongly recommended to avoid dining here in the future.

Man, that pizza place was the worst! I waited forever for my two medium pizzas, and the customer service was terrible. And don't even get me started on the quality of the pizza. It was like cardboard with cheese on it.

Abysmal experience. I don’t usually write reviews but my experience was so bad here that I thought I should warn people. Ordered a pizza and after an hour and a half called them to see where it was. The girl told me without asking my name or anything that it was out for delivery. I then gave her my name and she again confirmed that it was out for delivery. I called again and another guy answered who then told me my order had been received but not made and he didn’t know why.

Made an order through the app and paid, and then just receive a call stating they refused to deliver during their business hours. Brie was very rude over the phone and would never recommend this location to anyone. Now scrambling to find someone else to deliver food while at work and unable to leave. Horrible experience.

Good food but an employee at the front counter didn’t bother telling someone else to help me at the front cause they themselves were obviously too busy to help. I’ll try little Cesars next time :)

Worst! If I could give this zero stars, I would. Manager was extremely rude, charged me twice for an order that never went through. When I checked her on her attitude, she invited me to " come say it to her face". Wow. Very immature, and highly disappointing. Will not be returning.

As a previous customer of this location since 2022, I can say most of the time I have been pleased. With my recent order I have been severely displeased. I placed an online app order as normal. When the driver arrived, they had the wrong order - no issue, things happen. I called and was told they mixed up the orders and another driver would arrive soon. When the next driver arrived they handed me some of the order and I noticed it was one pizza short (only had two pizzas on the order). The driver said they would get the other pizza from the other driver which I presume was the first driver. I said that was okay, but they demanded full payment which I declined given per the app it said everything was delivered. I was told by the driver " I take the money or I take the food". Having inspected the meal to tell them what was missing (I noticed at this point my food had been carelessly tossed around) I refused the order and said I would not pay without the full order being delivered. As a cash paying and customer and tipper I felt disrespected when they would not deliver the final pizza before payment - this is why I cancelled the order. I will give this dominos a chance to redeem itself, given positive history but given tonight's episode I don't see myself ordering anytime soon.

TLDR: Order was delivered wrong 2x, no effort to make it right. Not sure what happened recently but this was a good dominos in the past.

Jaylen is super nice and deserves a raise for being a great delivery driver with great customer service and a big smile every time!
