I placed an online order through the Dunkin app, and when I went to pick it up, the staff told me that they discontinued the food at this location. The app let me order food. The employees didn't seem to care and asked if I wanted a refund. I'm an employee in the mall, and I only have a short lunch break; so I didn't have time to order from another restaurant.
