I’ve been going to this Dunkin for a while. One thing I can say is that they always mess up my order. The baristas never seem nice or friendly. They get upset when you do ask nice if they can fix a drink. Honestly I stop coming to this one because of that. I went today and got a cookie butter cold brew asked for 2 cream and an extra pump they forgot the cream but not surprised. How do I know when they make my drink wrong because I work at Dunkin I know when my drink isn’t made right.

The food and the people working were very nice and helpful. But there was a garbage truck blocking the drive thru so I couldn't use the drive thru. And then I went in and when I got out he was parked behind me so I couldn't leave. I had to wait 10 minutes on him to finish his coffee and food on the inside before he moved his truck. I thought that was very rude of him. I politely waited and eventually he moved.

I usually never have a problem with this Dunkin location until today . I walked in to place my order at the self ordering pad and as I am doing that one of the young ladies that worked there said to another young lady that she told her she should lock the doors , in reference to the drive through line being long. I just continued to place my order when I get my order which is a medium sized iced matcha latte (light ice) she gives me half of a cup , I get the line was packed which they handled because the time I left nobody was in line. I felt there frustration but you shouldn’t take it out on the customers or skimp me on my drink.

The food was horrible. They gave me hash browns that were old, and dark and burnt. What made it worse is they were old, and cold 🥶. The breakfast sandwich was hard and tasted even worse. I didn't think that was even possible. To top it all off, he over charged me. When I mention to the manager he said it was his mistake and gave me back $2.15 .I point out that he over charged me $5 he acted like I didn't know what i was talking about. I did the math showed him his miscalculation it did it several times before he admitted i was correct and still tried to not give me the correct change. I went out of my way to go to this location, Never again. I will go anywhere but here.

Every time I come here the service is pleasant, came again to ask if they could fix the problem from another Dunkin I came from on 61st Hobart, they were super busy and the lady still managed to take care of my messed up from another Dunkin in such fast timing! Kudos to broadway keep up the good work and keep that pleasant service!

I had a great breakfast experience at this Dunkin Donuts. The ice coffee and bagel were excellent. The service and cleanliness of the store were spot on! Brianna, the cashier, was kind, professional, and personable! I highly recommend this place for great food and service.

Used to be one of my favorite Dunkin's but the last couple years has been terrible service. The employee attitudes, the food & drink quality... have all been horrible. Now I frequent the one on Rte 30 and they have yet to fail me on all the above. Do better...

I frequent this Dunkin and now I’m afraid I will have to find a new location to give my business to. The coffee is either excellent or undrinkable…there is no inbetween. I have purchased the meal deal 4 times this week and all four times the coffee has been trash. It tastes old and bitter like it’s been sitting for hours upon hours. I can’t even drink it. And don’t get me started on their “sweet” tea 🤢. Save your money if you are a coffee drinker and go to a different location that is more consistent with quality. You’ll thank me later.
