The food was horrible. They gave me hash browns that were old, and dark and burnt. What made it worse is they were old, and cold š„¶. The breakfast sandwich was hard and tasted even worse. I didn't think that was even possible. To top it all off, he over charged me. When I mention to the manager he said it was his mistake and gave me back $2.15 .I point out that he over charged me $5 he acted like I didn't know what i was talking about. I did the math showed him his miscalculation it did it several times before he admitted i was correct and still tried to not give me the correct change. I went out of my way to go to this location, Never again. I will go anywhere but here.

Every time I come here the service is pleasant, came again to ask if they could fix the problem from another Dunkin I came from on 61st Hobart, they were super busy and the lady still managed to take care of my messed up from another Dunkin in such fast timing! Kudos to broadway keep up the good work and keep that pleasant service!

I had a great breakfast experience at this Dunkin Donuts. The ice coffee and bagel were excellent. The service and cleanliness of the store were spot on! Brianna, the cashier, was kind, professional, and personable! I highly recommend this place for great food and service.

I frequent this Dunkin and now Iām afraid I will have to find a new location to give my business to. The coffee is either excellent or undrinkableā¦there is no inbetween. I have purchased the meal deal 4 times this week and all four times the coffee has been trash. It tastes old and bitter like itās been sitting for hours upon hours. I canāt even drink it. And donāt get me started on their āsweetā tea š¤¢. Save your money if you are a coffee drinker and go to a different location that is more consistent with quality. Youāll thank me later.

I get my coffee made the EXACT SAME at ANY DUNKINā around Indiana but ANY TIME I go to this facility with a bright smile and no attitude, happily payingā¦ for some reason I can NEVER GET THEM TO SIMPLY MAKE MY COFFEE THE WAY I TOLD THEM TOā¦ THEYRE ALWAYS DOING IT HOWEVER THEY WANT THEN SERVE YOU WITH ATTITUDE AND CONTINUOUSLY GET IT WRONGā¦. The first time I tried DD meal it was very good , I went back expecting it to be prepared properly once again but no it was burnt to a crisp . Total waste of money because I made it all the way home and I donāt feel like taking it back to return / be remade so trash it goes . This is ridiculous ! Even the cheese is hard š¤¦š½āāļø
