Just moved out here from Lansing and this is my go-to dunkin spot! My coffee's are always made on point, staff is always very friendly and polite, and the prices are amazing here! And it is always clean and well taken care of! Out of all the dunkins in the area this is the one I always come to thank you for making me feel back at home during this move and rough time in my life!

I came here In the afternoon today . I gave the man who was at the window whom wasn’t the friendliest and not sure what race his he was but he was older. I gave him my physical card and while he was tapping my card I notice he kept looking and staring at the numbers of my card mind you he did tap so there was no reason for him to look at the numbers of my card and honestly I felt very uncomfortable like he was memorizing it. Like I’ve never had an experience like that before. I’m praying nothing crazy happens from this and will not be returning. Definitely leaving this here in the event something weird happens and I know who it is. But definitely was starring too long for me.

An improve, I order dunkalatte here there other day and it was pure chocolate that I was serve and I order the same thing today and I was serve ordinary drink when I order for hot dunkalatte, I got down from the car and my order serve again only to be serve ordinary drink, this is bad

Every time I visit this Dunkin' Donuts, the staff at the drive-thru seem unfriendly. In contrast, the employees at other Dunkin' Donuts locations in Crown Point are always cheerful and welcoming. I’m not sure why the staff here have sad expressions. Here’s a simple lesson in manners: when someone says "thank you," the appropriate response is "you’re welcome." It's that easy.

Iced coffee is always decent. Had a turkey egg and cheese croissant which was okay. Hashbrowns looked a bit weird didn't really taste fresh and I'm not sure if they count them or not but they definitely seemed a bit short. But maybe they count the number that goes in each although I've never heard of that.. idk.. service was good. Ordered through mobile app. Got 2 chocolate chip cookies which were overpriced but pretty good.
