Hidden gem. If you're from the east or SE from this spot, there aren't really better options and this is worth the drive. Try the chaparral tacos, I was confused at first but now I need these every week. They're a blend of beef, chicken and shrimp in a red sauce that just explode with flavor. Everyone at my table said their food was salty but I didn't get that.
Usually have exceptional food. Everything was horribly salty, my chicken Milanese was hard, stringy and tasted like it was fried with fish, Carnitas were fatty/salty and did not taste anything like we had had previously. Chicken replaced with steak tacos - they were also horribly salty and full of gristle and fat, once again nothing like we had previously had. Even the tortillas were extra greasy and very salty. Hopefully a bad night/new cooks but a bit hesitant to return.
First, we love their chips & salsa. Service is always friendly & fast. Been here multiple times and are never disappointed. I love the fajita quesadilla and my husband likes the Texas burrito. Would recommend!
