I have been wanting to try this place for quite some time. Every time I drive past it is not busy at all but the decor looks so nice. Today I got the chance to try this place maybe 20 minutes after opening. I was extremely disappointed. Upon walking in the hostess/waitress was very nice and the reason that I gave the service a 5 star. It was very pretty aesthetically, but the place could use a good cleaning. The floors did not look like they had been swept, and a lot of the chairs still had visible crumbs in them. The floor under my table was very sticky as if somebody had spilled something. You’d think since they had just opened for the day that it would be cleaned, but it was not. Not a good first impression but we will move on to the food. I ordered two steak tacos and the Elote. It was a two out of 10 to say. The steak was very chewy and definitely had a few pieces I was not able to get down. The Elote was decent. Also, the prices were very expensive considering the place was not very clean and the food was not the best. I wouldn’t come back again.

Food was decent, nothing bad flavorwise, but the mixed cocktail should have more shrimp and octopus instead of tiny bits. Anyway, my visit here was fine until I saw that gratuity was automatically charged 20% even though I only came with 2 more people (they charge automatic gratuity for parties of 5+) so that was pretty upsetting to see that I was being charged that much. That hidden fee pretty much ruined the mood it would have been nice to know that I would be overcharged when paying the bill.

Place is cute but always seems empty. Food is decent but nothing to rave over. Plus the bill has an automatic 20% gratuity and they don't tell you this until the bill comes. The menu says gratuity is automatically charged with parties of 5 or more, it was 3 of us and when I asked them about that ,they said it was automatic after $100 purchase. Would be nice if they at least told you this before hand or they had a sign somewhere stating this. Sadly this will be our last time coming here. Not a fan of hidden fees at the last minute.

From service, to drinks, to food, this place was AMAZING! Bernice was busting her butt! She was excellent! I ordered the elote and 1 el pastor taco. Both were delicious! The salsas she gave us when we sat down we’re great! The spicy was SPICY! Not for the weak. I wanted more! Bernice made DELICIOUS blueberry pomegranate margaritas. She even put a flashing ice cube in mine. The happy hour price on the drinks alone made this experience worth it. I DEFINITELY will be back!

The food was horrible . The grilled octopus wasn’t grilled it also had a weird smell to it . The chorizo cheese appetizer was pretty burnt . When the meal came with rice and beans. She brought out white rice instead of Mexican rice . I do not recommend this place unfortunately I can’t not give it a 0 stars but that’s what it deserves .

Beautiful place. She forgot my cocktail but brought my friend theirs, I didn't get my fries, and I never asked for her to go get them. We just paid and left. Won't be back.
