Firehouse Subs is my favorite sub shop! I wish there was one closer to us. There used to be but they moved. Well worth your time and money spent. You won't regret it.
I ordered a medium turkey sub with bacon (only cheese and lettuce) for $11 and received a small turkey without bacon which was $2 extra. The phone number is out of service/disconnected to the Merrillville location and the customer service number for ordering said that I had to return to the Merrillville location. I would have returned but it was already dark at 8 pm and I don't drive at night. Returned the next day, no to a refund and would only remake a small sub instead of the medium sub that I paid $11. Also waited 20 minutes total, 10 extra minutes after order placed.

This business owner fired my boys because of someone else’s actions and I have filed a EEOC complaint against this company for it’s firing practices please don’t spend your money at this location
I always love Firehouse subs!
Have tried a few, but always reordering the meatball with jalapenos. The seasoning of the meatballs and sauce make for a zesty yet tasteful meal.

Great place to get a great sandwich, and they will customize it for you. Love the ambiance of the restaurant and friendliness of the staff.
The service was great. My sandwich was really good. I just wish they had more dressing options, but i would go back

Customer service as soon as I walked through the door was top tier!! I placed order quickly after entering & my food was done pretty quickly!! Food was excellent!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a footlong and a soup for $18 and had to throw it all in the trash because the soup had a huge layer of orange grease covering the top and tasted awful and I couldn't even pick the sandwhich up to eat it because the whole bottom turned to mush basically like mashed potatos and I couldn't grip the sandwhich, ive never had a sandwhich or soup like that before anywhere and im really pissed I threw away $18 on a dinner I couldn't eat.
