I guess Harold’s ran out of regular wings because when I opened I wasn’t expecting baby wings. However they gave me a few more, just a heads up would have been nice. Please trim the branches leading to the drive thru so my car doesn’t get scratched. The food was still good, two sauces should be automatic l!Thanks

The chicken was ok. Over the years, people have raved about the food. I finally got around to stopping in. The Staff was helpful and the restaurant has a comfortable feel.

Bad customer service and they don't have good accuracy when it comes to time food will be ready . Ordered at 12:31 was told 20 minutes get there in 25 minutes. Walk in it's 1 person in the front of the house on the phone taking orders, so first I have to wait even longer to retrieve my food then finally after he gets off the phone and I tell him my name he puts the ticket up and then looks for my ticket puts some gloves on and goes around the corner and is just dropping my fish ,,, like whoever owns this business needs some professional employees and more then 1 person doing everything ,, anyway then he says 7 more minutes like are you serious lol,, and it's lunch hours .. Yea black people just do better , because this is unacceptable

It was our first time ordering from here. They have the BEST chicken in the area! They give you the best customer service. We just moved in the area, it is safe to say this is going to be our chicken spot! No Popeyes or salty KFC!

This is an amazing place. Great food and great service. The food is cooked fresh. The wait is always 25 minutes because the food is cooked to order. The order is always hot and accurate. The ambiance is amazing with sit down leather booths. I only made a yelp account to leave this review.

Boy how I wish I kept going and got something else. I am from out of town and visited Harold's as I remembered them being pretty good. Well things must have changed. I won't go over all the details because who wants to read an essay so I'll keep it short.I didn't call about this issue because I didn't feel like arguing or someone telling me they remake it. I would like a refund however because as stated I do not live here. I ordered liver and it was beyond salty. I could not eat it and it made my pressure go up and caused me to itch just from a few bites. The liver itself taste like Vienna sausage. It was tasteless just a bunch of salt and it was burnt.As far as my chicken goes I did ask for salt and pepper to be on it but not the liver so they must have got things mixed up and not been listening. The chicken taste old and had no crunch. I went around the corner and ate at a family member house 5 minutes away from the location so please tell me how my chicken was soggy,stale and cold. I am so disappointed as I almost spent 30 dollars on food that I couldn't enjoy nor eat. I had to throw it out and won't return. Please do not waste my time if you do reply asking if I would like it remade because I can not get to it instead please make matters right because you know and I know that this was not right and you know if you are not selling fresh foods. I had to go elsewhere and get me something while in town because I was left hungry and disappointed .P.S. the third pic added was after I attempted to put it in the air fryer because it was so soft and still it was bad and the fries were old cold and lumpy. The pics actually make it look better and pretty good.

I would rate it a zero star but to write this I can’t do that. The chicken is disgusting and it’s like hard and chewy at the same time. The chicken also just has a weird texture and it’s just not good. Also the fries were disgusting they were soggy and disgusting.

This is my fourth and last time ordering from this place. There are 3Sharks Chicken Places closer. I wanted to see how they were. This last order I ordered 50 wings. 15 min before pickup at 6:15 the Mgr calls to say he only has 34. He offered to substitute the rest of the order, but I wasn't sure if it equal the amount I had ALREADY paid online, AND he didn't give me any $ amounts. I couldn't cancel the order, them money was already paid AND they were closing 2hours before their posted closing. So I couldn't get there to pick up my order and had to make new , frustrating plans for dinner. Went to pick up my food or money the next day. No problem. However, I was not given anything to compensate me for the frustration and trouble of the night before. I spent over $100 on this order. This the last they will see of me. Apparently my business doesn't count. A gesture of a free drink or dessert would have signal to me that my business was appreciated. I was very angry that I had to make other plans, couldn't get my money back. So I've learned. I don't support Black Owned business anymore and I don't pay in advance for my food. The owner is a nice guy, and I guess he doesn't care enough to make it right. I'm still very agitated about this. If you choose to go here know that they've raised their prices and the quality and size of the food has degraded. Don't pay in advance. There's other places that are cheaper and don't have the same problems.

This was my first time coming here. I was disappointed. My food was cold, I asked for mild sauce on my french fries. There was no mild sauce on my french fries. Then I was charged an extra $2 for mild sauce. I did not receive the sauce. This was a waste of a $20 meal I did not enjoy.
