I ate here two years ago we sat for over an hour and didn’t even get our food we finally asked our server (she never checked up on us after getting drinks) apparently they “lost the ticket” so we left. I came back today cause all the Buffalo Wild Wings were over hour wait and hooters was 5 mins (wonder why). First of all my server did not care. I ordered my apps long before I ordered my wings. Got my food and it wasn’t the right wings. Then I realized where my apps at?! I asked her she didn’t even know. Came back “lost the ticket”. Lmfao what’s new right? Same shit. Could care less if her table got the right food. Garbage place since Taylor doesn’t run it anymore.

Food was excellent. We had just got done with a very long road trip and we were exhausted and starving. Our server Jasmine was incredible and everything came out very quickly. Great dining experience.

Wings weren't evenly cooked nor cut right( pure laziness). Wasn't tossed in sauce like I ordered. Tasteless , buffalo sauce was a cup of grease,bland,and taste like scent of dirty mop water or utensils aren't properly cleaned. THIS HOOTERS MERRILLVILLE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! BRING TWIN PEAKS AT THIS POINT. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! ITS LUNCH HOUR AT THAT! I WOULDN'T THINK THEY WOULD BE THIS LAZY. BURN THIS PLACE DOWN!

THIEVES!!! I paid a cash tip of 20 dollars because I felt the service deserved it. CASH. A few days later, they chargers my card extra for the tip. I'm young and have never had to sign a check before. They apparently have no problem taking advantage of their customers to rob extra tip money from them. I will never be back to this hooters, and I will actively deter people from going.
20 dollars may not seem like a lot, but when they're already gouging you gro drinks it adds up. They don't tell you the price of the drinks on the menu, either. It's a scummy business practice and I stupidly spend 26 dollars on THREE drinks. Of course they didn't tell me until after I ordered. And the food was just awful. I had a BBQ Bacon cheese burger. I had to ask for the barbeque sauce, the bacon was old, the cheddar cheese was AMERICAN cheese, and the fries were old and stale. Overall a terrible experience and I can not recommend anyone ever steps foot in this establishment.

Ordered 10 hot wings barley had sauce asked fora little she charged me i returned the meal waited forever for refills never got had to track her down for the bill i travel all over the world by far top5 worst service ever im from florida you need to go there to train. Ron

Was a typical Hooters, we just went in for a couple quick beers, didn't eat. It looked nice and clean. The background music was pretty loud Was kind of hard to talk wasn't too busy at the time. The particular server never engaged with us at all which isn't typical of the chain.

Walked in , was greeted by the hostess . Asked to be seated my the windows so we could keep an eye on our bikes . She handed us menus and said sit where you want . So we did . Sat there for almost 20 minutes (would have left but just got off the highway from a 6 hour drive ) before we even got to place a drink order . Mean while two mangers (I think) had 5 servers a couple tables in front of me , and never once asked if I’d been served . One manager was so oblivious to our being there that he proceeded to give hand gestures to one server saying to “suck it” . Very unprofessional and incredibly uncalled for .
We finally get our first drink order, I finish my beer and it’s sitting empty for 15 minutes . I’m literally eating what is supposed to be the hottest wings they serve but I can’t get a refill . Not sure what happened to this place over the last two months but my previous visit was incredible . Not sure there will be another ….
