My experience at this Jimmy John's was superb. My mobile order has always been ready at my time of arrival and the crew was welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this location.

Rude managers and staff! Customer service attitude is very poor. Hours are displayed incorrectly. Website shows 10pm always closed at 9m. Staff is always playing around instead of helping customers. I see why orders are incorrect half the time.

Well it's 9:08pm. On 3/18/25 I walk in and told im sorry we are closed for the night. Must be nice to make your own hours. Time posted is 10pm. Won't be back. Better call if you plan on getting a sandwich. Might be closed. Something starbucks across the road. Just a heads up

I ordered my food and Jimmy John’s today. The delivery was on time. I would give the driver two thumbs up for that but my sandwich made my stomach hurt right away. I was in the bathroom within an hour after I ate, and I felt I put on the directions to cut my sandwich up and just hand me my food with respect, but the sandwich was not cut up and it was pretty tough to eat. I didn’t like the chips and I didn’t get a chance to eat the pickle because my stomach hurts so bad right away. I paid the driver cash and he act like he didn’t wanna give me my change even though I gave him a cash tip, which is up to the person getting the food to give the tip properly to that he could’ve been a little bit more respectful that’s what my thoughts on the matter but overall, I’ll get his restaurant probably a two thumbs up for this fast service but just remember Customer Service goes a long way.
Stopped by on a Sunday for two sandwiches and our bread was so hard we couldn’t eat it. Do customers really need to specify to use fresh bread and not yesterday’s leftovers. I’d rather drive out of my for the franchise in Crown point. These people don’t care.
