I love jimmy Johns but this specific location? Let’s just say I won’t be going back. I asked for extra veggies cut in half for some reason the guy taking my order was not happy about it acting like I was an inconvenience. I also did not get extra veggies or cut in half. They were not fast at all 2 sandwiches was a 15 minute wait. Also there was a child running around in the kitchen screaming. It was so unprofessional. Terrible service

Very slow, and they didn't mark our sandwiches so we had to unwrap each one just to see what it was.

EDIT: the only reason I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is because at least the cashier was nice.

This location doesn't have banana peppers. The lady in the drive thru was snappy telling me she can't hear me even though I was hanging out of the window. They gave me one slice of meat and 2 small tomatoes on my turkey sandwich I asked for oil and vinegar, they drowned the sandwich so much the bread was oily and soggy and I now have oil all over my clothes from the excessive drip...It didn't need that much liquid for the little bit of meat they gave me. Sandwich was thin as the wind. My last time coming here...I think they're playing too much back there!

I came to Jimmy John’s and it was in fact not freaky fast. It took forever, and the worker was very rude and snappy with us. Just said “mhm” all over again with annoyance and hatred! My giant sandwich was not cut. Now stuck with a straight sword of bread. Very disappointed and not the first time.

I am so angry. We quit going to Jimmy John's, this location specifically, for a long time and we didn't remember why until we walked in. The service we just experienced was some of the worst service I've experienced in a long time probably since the last time I came to Jimmy John's. They all clearly did not want to be working there. The person taking my order got angrier and angrier with each sandwich I added acting as though we were inconveniencing her. Since it had been a while since we've been there we forgot how everything works and we didn't know we were supposed to grab our own cups so when we asked they all three yelled at us as if we were idiots. I have a big family so I did order six sandwiches and she didn't offer me a bag or a box or anything I had to ask her to give me some way to carry them all then she forgot my pickle and when I asked she again acted as if I did something wrong. I will never again spend my money at a place that treats me this way and I will be telling everyone I know about my experience because that's ridiculous it's been that long since I've been there and this is how it is still Even worse than before. *EDIT* My husband just informed me that the lady also was talking crap about me/us as she was making our sandwiches. That's absolutely unacceptable.

Ordered online for my offiice at 1030am today knowing it takes awhile to get delivery. Arrived at 130pm missing lunchtime. Will not order for delivery again from this location.

Originally posted a 1 star because the customer service was not good when I would attempt to order a delivery. Now, I just use Door Dash, and it eliminates the interaction ?. I still don't know why they use this location, when I'm closer to a different one, but oh well! Jimmy John's is a great go-to when I need a quick lunch for work.
