Beat KFC I have ever been to. The chicken was so fresh and they were large pieces as well. Biscuits were amazing. Service was so fast and they were very nice. I didn't get their names but the people working 5/30 at 3:30 PM all deserve a raise or bonus. 10/10

I went though the drive thru and ordered the 5 piece tender box and asked for gravy as my side and they didn't give me the gravy and the gravy is my favorite part of KFC so I was pretty upset about it

I had to take my food back twice first time chicken was old second time biscuit was hard cold slaw was old I just give up can’t leave work smh KFC they want there money we want nice and hot food no hot sauce even tho I asked for it smh poor service

I drove from Chesterton to this location due to not having KFC in our county. I've never had such friendly., quick, hit and over all amazing experience. Typically at KFC The drive-thru is unfriendly The food is never ready and you get home and it looks not so good. But not at this location. And I really can't speak highly enough about the lady that worked the drive-thru. Crazy friendly, accurate in my order, and just met me with a smile.... Sometimes you'd be amazed what just a smile can do for your business. And due to this amazing service I will drive all the way back there for KFC.

THE BEST KFC IVE EVER BEEN AT. IM A FREQUENT CUSTOMER AND IM EVEN FAMILIAR WITH THE DRIVE THRU WORKERS. THESE PEOPLE DO AN INCREDIBLE JOB EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK. THEY DESERVE ALL THE FLOWERS AND MORE IMPORTANTLY HIGHER WAGES. GOOD FOOD, GREAT STAFF. 10/10 I EAT HERE MULTIPLE TIMES A MONTH.

I recently moved out here from Chicago to Hobart and have grown up eating kfc my whole life. The KFC was literally on the end of my block. Then I was able to get a large MP/G for under $3.
When I found this kfc after much disappointment from the rt6 location or Portage, I was so happy because the food was made right. My 1st experience the drive thru was efficiently fast and all food was fresh. But what I couldn’t get over was the staffs energy to actually get me more for my money and the different specials they had to offer that were better for my ordering needs. Fast food staffs never care, they are short and food is rarely fresh especially drive tru experiences. But this one was great
My second experience my boyfriend said let’s eat in. I was shocked at how clean the dining room was, I mean immaculate. And the staff again, friendly, smiled and cared and asked questions to meet my ordering needs.
We did order food to go for my daughter, and never once did I feel like any staff member was bothered by anything I needed the several times that I asked for things. And I dealt with probably four different staff members while I was eating I watched continue to clean and do their job. Nobody was on their phone. Nobody was bullshitting, and everything is completely sanitary down to the poor guy who had to wear the bootie(hairnet) on his beard.

I own a small salon, and I know how much reviews can impact a business, but I can honestly say this is the first time in my life. I have written a review on how satisfied I was at a fast food restaurant. This is the first time I’ve ever written any review on a business like a KFC. I’m so glad to see that somebody’s actually out there doing things right.
In a world where it seems like nobody cares anymore it was just nice to see a good staff and a clean restaurant.

Came thru drive thru tonight about 8pm December 9, 2024. Just like always, they are FAST, Food is fresh, and everything correct as usual. Talked to employee "Angel" at window who was super nice and courteous and shared a laugh when I told him how many decades I been coming to this location when it was still long John's and even knew the manager now owner who I knew from school in Merrillville. He been here long time and this is hands down best KFC in region. Still hoping buffet will return "fingers crossed"

Very nice KFC location. Chicken tenders and fries were yummy. The suggested cherry turnovers were yummy. The dining room was clean and tidy. Employee Cassia was really kind and professional. Support this business.

Parking: Easy to locate. Right off Highway 30 (Northland Drive). The outside of the building was well maintained too. Which can be lacking at many restaurants nowadays. Support this local business when you want fried chicken.

Kid-friendliness: Yes. What kid doesn't like fried chicken.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes indeed.

Thank God they are still open! It is the cleanest kfc out of the ones I’ve been to. We drove 25 minutes because all the ones by our house closed. Please don’t close this one!!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Go through the drive through, I could tell the kid working the speaker was probably new and was having a hard time finding the buttons for what I ordered because it was taking awhile and I could here him talking his way through it. I notice after getting my food and receipt that the kids meals I ordered was charged as nuggets and a side of fries separately instead of the kids meal. One of the fries I paid for wasn’t in the bag and the large mashed potatoes was rung up as a small instead. So I go inside and just ask for what I ordered, no need for a refund or anything the price is pretty much the same as what I paid anyways. The lady working the counter goes and lets the manager know what they need to fix my order and he has the audacity to say that’s probably the way I ordered everything, seemed upset that I wanted my food fixed. At the end of the day if you’re going to call a customer a liar why not wait for them to leave?
