The chicken tasted like it was bought from a gas station and kept under a heat lamp for hours before it was sold to me. It didn't even taste like KFC or even look like extra crispy.Huge disappointment!

The staff were nice, efficient & definitely had a sense of urgency. The lady that assisted me, seemed to be a supervisor or manager, she definitely was on top of her “A” game. Now the food, fresh, hot, was done on time, I used my mobile app. Something that is not a reflection of the staff, the food just does not taste the same. It’s been a few years since I’ve had KFC, I came in because I used to love the honey BBQ dipped tenders, and the wedges. The recipe must have changed, the taste isn’t how I remembered it. But overall, the service was good. Appreciate good service, and kudos to the lady that was running the show

Review for KFC – Mirabel, Indiana (Store C212010, Ticket #1968)
I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from this KFC location. I purchased two chicken pot pies, and both were terrible in quality. The inside looked like paste, with no creamy texture, no real filling, and no flavor whatsoever. This is unacceptable, especially for an item that is normally hearty and well-prepared.
I attempted to call the store multiple times, but no one answered the phone, which made the situation even more frustrating. At this point, I would like a refund for the poor-quality food I received.
This experience was very disappointing, and I truly hope management addresses the issue so other customers don’t have the same problem.

I was there Thursday Dec. 4th at around 630 7. The staff was so amazing kind, thorough, professional We experienced such great customer service. Great job team. Everything was hot and delicouss we waited 4 min for biscuits but it was well worth. Again THANK YOU TEAM.

Annette was the lady on the speaker and she had a great energy to her, some of the best service I’ve ever had at a drive-thru, she deserves specific recognition. Even though being in the food industry can be tiring there are still people who try to make others smile, and her’s was radiant. (Service was also quick and easy. This is sidetrack but KFC has way better deals than Popeyes.)

Why be open if you're not cooking chicken? How are you limited on your menu because you close in 90 minutes? It doesn't take 90 minutes to cook chicken. Problem is the workers want to break everything down early so they are leaving early! I'll use a different KFC in the future, one that wants to make money. I left 1 star on the food because I wouldn't know how it tastes, no one there would make it. Might as well just close at 9pm because you can't get much after then anyhow.

More owners need to do “ Undercover Boss” with their establishments!! More times we as customers have to acknowledge the workers and say (thank you), they won’t open their mouths and say nothing after you’ve Patronized the business. They just hand you your order and close the windows! Smh

Ordered a two piece combo at the drive thru on 11/22/25. Bit into the drumstick and it was bloody. Pulled the thigh apart and it wasn't cooked thoroughly either. Only ate the mashed potatoes. Guy who took my order was very nice. But I didn't start to eat my order until later and made the discovery.

Not enough help. Manager didn't have enough food prepared for the day or the time. Credit card machine was down in the drive thru. Was waiting for fries on the inside but several times, the fries went out for the drive thru. Do better KFC.

Worst KFC in the area, I assume will close soon unless changes are made. Constantly have long wait times in the drive thru due to employee shortage, and the ones that do show up make terrible food. Already three times my chicken sandwich has gobs of mayo and no pickles.
I was given cold food and when I asked for it fresh I was given attitude.

This KFC has thr best customer service and food. The KFC in Merriville is rude and food is not that tasty. Don't waste your time. Always go to this location on 30.
