The food they have is pretty good... but... I come back to the customer service. Sometimes we are not in a good mood all the time but those employees there serve you with zero kindness, very serious, they stand in front of the cash register and they don't even say good morning to you...

The young lady at the counter was so sweet and helpful. First time, Loved it! I got the chetto dog and the number 10(forgot the name) but both were amazing and delicious along with the brown sugar boba and the strawberry boba tea. We'll be back before we go home. Thanks for the suggestion.

First time trying it. I was hoping they were bringing one to IN because they’re all in IL. I ordered Flamin Hot Cheeto Corn Dog and the Original Corn Dog. They were fresh. The flamin hot one was delicious and flavorful. I will be back.

Whoever was working Black Friday needs to be fired. Ordered “6 for 30” the deal they had going on. I traveled from out of state to pick these up and placed my order. When I got home to open the case everything was wrong I got none of the k dogs I ordered. If you cannot read you shouldn’t be working at such a busy stand. Absolutely Terrible. Will be letting people know to not give business to this incompetent staff. Such a shame

I loveddddd trying this new trendy spot! Very different takes on corn dogs .. definitely gives you a carnival vibe! Everything from the service to the cleanliness was very good. I would definitely come again and suggest other to go as well!

Vegetarian options: They offer a vegetarian hot dog!

Kid-friendliness: Tons of options for kids! So I would recommend bringing them!

The food was filling but I wasn't a fan of the batter. It has a sweetness to it I wasn't expecting. I got the hot cheeto and sweet potato dog. The hot cheeto dog actually has a sweet sauce right on it. It's a weird taste. Not terrible but I wasn't a fan. Glad to have tried it though!

I was at the Southlake Mall franchise last week with my children. I made a comment to my child that it was taking a ridiculous amount of time to fill the order. No customers but us. The cashier looked around the counter and yelled.... "what did you say" and then flipped me off! Then proceeded to tell me " I could get my White A$$ back there and cook the food"! Then she yelled at the girl in the window cooking that I wanted to know what was taking her so long.The manager came out with the cook right behind.The manager asked what the problem was. The cashier started yelling that I was complaining and admitted to the manager that she flipped me off. While this is going on.The cook started screaming she was gonna beat my White A$$ and pretended to throw something at me.I asked the manager to handle her employees. She replied... I'm lost?!The cashier and the cook (tats all over her neck and face then had to be pulled off the counter as they tried to climb over it at me. The whole time SCREAMING THEY ARE GOING TO BEAT MY WHITE A$$. THEY then screamed to call security. When they did that... I sat down and waited for security. Security came and tried to calm them down. Which took about 10min. The security apologized for their actions (not their fault). They said in the month that the franchise has been open that this was not the first time they had verbally attacked and threatened physical violence.Nonetheless, my guess would be if you want a Kong dog in the Merrillville Indiana area. You better get there quick! From the Manager that can't manage to the cashier and cook who seem to have a strong dislike for their customers. It won't be open long. I forgot to mention the cashier was on her pajamas. Dirty from the bottom to the top.If anyone cares to check there was Hobart incident report that was made. 7/31/23

It says online they close at 7:30 and they closed at 6… this is the second time I’ve came and they close earlier than what it says online

The time I went last time was so great, I had to come back again! The hot Cheetos kind dog dipped into the cheese sauce was amazing. The lattes and lemonades were great and although I had to mix my strawberry latte myself, it was literally like a boba tea. I am definitely heading back there for more!

Food was great. I had the hot Cheetos Kong dog and the kong fries. Both were delicious and fresh. The kong dog was so cheesy. Took about 5 minutes to get my food but I was there the second they opened and it was very fresh and crispy on the outside. Cheese was very cheesy.
