This location has to be the worse in the area. How the heck are you guys still open with the quality of work you offer. Why have online ordering only for us to wait over an hour in the lobby and for the staff to be absolutely clueless on when my order will be ready. We ordered at 600pm got to location at 7pm and and left there at 8pm and they had no clue when it was going to be ready. OWNER/MANAGEMENT TAKE A CLASS ON RUNNING A BUISNESS BECAUSE THIS AIN'T it. You guys are a joke at this facility. Last time we waste our time with this place.

Every time I order at this location it’s always something out of sausage, not taking walk ins, or I’m having to wait an 1hr and 30 min for food I ordered 1hr before getting there. Please hire more ppl or pay them more or something but this location sucks and it’s very frustrating having to deal with this 80% of the time coming here

Ordered online for delivery and it took 2 hours to receive our food. Pizza was somewhat warm, not hot. Wings and sauces completely cold. Our delivery driver had to wait for nearly an hour and a half before food was done. Food tastes good, so I will give it that, but something needs to be done about time management for sure. Took a chance on this location today because it's the closest one to home and my household is sick, so we wanted delivery. But next time we get Little Caesar's, we will use a different location. The other reviews on here are completely accurate and I would take heed if I were you. You likely won't receive your food by when you expect and it won't be hot.

Pizza is made well and out of say 50 visits, pizza only made wrong once. The only issue is there always busy, so service is slow. Not bad employees.. they just overwhelmed!!

This place is awful who ever manages this one in merrillville it u need to fire everyone .My pizza wasn't even cut , I call at 7:55 I didn't receive my pizza until 9:05 then ghe little black girl that's wearing wigs in there telling people they not taking no more orders an they close at 11pm.Wat type of business is ya running?Im just going to stick to going to Gary, they know wat they doing 😑 😒
TODAY i had an awesome experience. My pizza was ready ON TIME and there wasnt an angry mob waiting in the lobby. The cashier was amazing and the pizza was delicious. Great job today

This place is horrible every single time i order here i order online for convenience. I always wait for over an hour for 1 pizza, online the will say your order is in the oven the wait 45 minutes to an hour and it still says the same thing so when i go to the store my pizza is never started nor do they even know what my order was. This place honestly is the slowest and worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life!!!! Do not go here unless you have plans to wait an hour plus for 1 pizza!
