Um yeah the staff here sucks either they don’t know what they’re doing and don’t prepare properly for the weekend or they’re severely understaffed or both. They don’t communicate with the guests on any timelines and they didn’t cut my freaking pizza.

This is by far the worst little caesars we have ever been to. Customer service is horrible and the guy who seems to be in charge is super rude& we literally saw him throw a customer's pizza at the Customer it fell on the floor& he td the Customer to pick it up. This person is repulsive. He needs to find another job if he's so unhappy.

Horrible customer service. The African American man that comes to the front sometimes is very freaking rude. I don’t know what his issue is he really need to find a different job. As someone that works in customer service everyday he was nir professional at all. Throwing sauces and condiments in bags and all. I will not be going back to this location ever again. And I will definitely inform everyone that I know and come in contact with.

Pretty much the worst pizza place ever. Look, I've eaten bad pizza, I know Little Caesars is not good pizza. The only reason I ordered from this place was for a kid's birthday party and I needed cheap pizza. I had low expectations before coming but somehow they managed to still do worse. My order was over 30 minutes late. Walk into the lobby and there's at least 1 other people waiting. No one's at the counter so you stand there waiting. When a lady did come she was completely unprepared for any customers. There's no communication no one to help the customers. Absolutely terrible.

So tonight my wife ordered three pizzas for myself, her and our daughter after waiting before 2 hours for our pizzas. After watching all of their business come in and go out, our food was neither hot nor fresh. In fact, one pizza was made wrong. The manager was alerted. He looked at my wife and said I'm sorry. What do you want me to do about it? We're short-staffed and we are closing early. Mind you no orders on the screen. No one calling. No one at the store. Three other employees in the back. This is the absolute most trash. Worst service I have ever received at a Little Caesars. I get it hot, fresh, cheap pizza. It's not always going to be great. This is absolutely ridiculous. 2 hours for three pizzas only for it to be wrong and to be told. What do you want me to do about it? We're closed at 8:00. Almost positive they close at 11:00. You have four people on the shift. Just doesn't make sense to me. Corporate office is closed but trust and believe I will be in touch with them
Yeah so I’ve only ever ordered from here once and that was today, and it was the worst pizza-ordering experience of my entire life. I ordered at 7:38, pizza tracker said I could expect my food to be ready at 8:32. It’s 9:40 PM, I spent over 20 minutes on hold trying to get ahold of somebody to provide an answer. No response whatsoever, so I’ll have a BLAST calling my bank tomorrow and having them cancel the charge since this store is clearly run by incompetent staff who can’t even answer the phone. That’s literally the easiest part of the job. Never again, definitely should have checked the reviews.
