I was gonna go to this place, but after reading these reviews, I will definitely take my business elsewhere. Not taking a chance spending $30 on two sandwiches and get this garbage service.

Delicious spot. Never had been to a McAlister’s but my wife wanted me to try it. This is a great location, clean and the food was really good for a counter service spot. Lots of selections.

Placed my order by phone. Ordered 2 Chicken and Dumplings with xtra crackers. Was told when I got there to pick up my food that they don’t carry crackers and then that they just didn’t have any. For $16.00 for soup you would think that they would either have crackers or tell the customer this before taking their money. When I called to speak with the manager I was told that my order must have been taken by someone in corporate. Not very friendly interaction at all. I will go somewhere else

Expensively disgusting . They also have a niche for making the food look delicious. However, it’s nasty. First and last time eating here. I know it’s call McAlister’s Deli but I’ve never had cold deli meat on my salad. Which by the way was disgusting. South west chicken salad. Nothing was grilled about the chicken. 22 dollars worth of “this is why I cook at home.” Pot Belly’s got them beat and I don’t even eat from them like that. Nice atmosphere though. Anyway did I mention first and last time eating here? Yeah!

We had never been to a McAlister's Deli before. The gentleman behind the counter (he was the Manager on Duty, Ishmael I think...) asked if he could take our order, and we told it would be a minute because we had never been there before. He came around the counter and explained the menu to us. All the choices, what they're known for, the various combos that were possible...It was great! He could have just shrugged his shoulders and thought, "good luck." But he took the time to come over to us and make sure we understood the menu and that our questions were answered. The food was great as well! The Chicken Bacon Ranch Spud was next level! Thank you Ishmael! We will definitely be back.

Absolutely love this place. Great food, music, service, and cleanliness. The server Diego is so great!! He always remembers me and makes sure I'm always happy with my food and checks up at the table. The food is always delivered to the table promptly.
It's like Panera Bread but better—larger portions of more delicious food at a lower price. Plus, they deliver your meal right to your table. 9/10, an excellent spot!
