Never really had a problem with McAlisters until now. My husband ordered takeout and found a long strand of hair in his sandwich. This is disgusting. You people need to require hairnets. This is common sense when you know you’re preparing someone’s food. Do better!!

The food is good, but for picky eaters you might as well not even customize your food, I asked for no lettuce and no pickle and I got both and had to pick it out of my food

Order was wrong after waiting 30 min.. should've checked it b4 I left, after seeing that everyone in front of me was having issues with their order!! Idk how anyone can mess up a sandwich and Mac and cheese, but it happens I guess.. Check your order b4 u leave..

Asked my husband to order Cesar salad and pick up so I can bring it to work. Excited to eat it at work to my surprised I received a already mixed Cesar soggy salad :( This was the first time happened to us. Very disappointed.

Everything here is delicious!! The chili has no beans, which is my favorite, and the Ceasar salad is amazing!!
