The food at this McDonald's is great, just like at any other restaurant. However, when new employees start working, there’s an 80% chance that your order will be messed up or that something will be missing. Overall, the new employees need to improve, but the restaurant itself is always clean and very nice.

The drive thru was CRA,Y busy, so I parked and went in. There were many others who had the same idea. They were SO BUSY, so organized, and had great attitudes.

After stopping at Panera and receiving the worst service at any Panera I've ever had I decided to just grab McDonald's. Upon arriving I was greeted by one of the workers sitting on their break at a table while I was walking in. Then to follow that up I was greeted immediately at the register before I could even get all the way up to make my order. What a stark contrast this was compared to the Panera down the street from here. I normally frequent Panera's rather than McDonald's, but in this case I was glad to come here as I felt welcome and the service was extremely fast and friendly. Obviously the management here does things well and hires good people that keep a good attitude and serve their customers well. Thank you so much for the pleasant breakfast this morning have a wonderful week to all of you.
Absolutely terrible customer service from management when there was clearly an issue with the app. Refused to actually help solve a problem and attempted to charge me a second time for my meal. I left without my meal, and charged still on my card.

Came at 11:40pm after working a double and sat at the intercom for more than 10 minutes trying to get someone to take my order but no one did. On my way leaving I look through the window and you can clearly see the employee just watching me leave so it was obvious that he knew someone was trying to place an order. They just didn't want to actually do their job thanks but no thanks I won't make this mistake again. If you're open until 11:00 then actually have somebody that's going to work until 11:00

The Worst experience i ever had in my whole mcdonalds service the lady in the front literally gave me the cold fries and the mcflurry is whole dripped out melted and she had so much of attitude to give the fresh fries
