what is the point of pre ordering if they make pull forward and wait anyway? makes the app pointless
People don't come here to work . They come to play.
Play stupid games.

I’d like to give a massive shoutout to Eric for not only taking my phone call but taking time out of his day to try and look for a wallet I thought I lost. I’m sure fast food comes with its ups and downs and it takes a special kind of person to take those extra steps. Again, massive shoutout to Eric. I hope god watches over him and is recognized for his extra effort and customer service.

Crazy long drive thru, so went in and while there were a bunch of folks working inside, there were a few just bopping about, which I guess makes sense as the restaurant was fairly empty. It took them a few minutes to realize I was there and take my order (2 drinks). They were friendly enough, reciprocating having a good day

As you enter the store it's a HORRIBLE smell.
I'm picking up a order, NOT one of the employees acknowledged that we (other customers) were there they were having their own conversation, so I said are you all taking orders? One girl said in a hood voice yeah not professional at all, she gets rude asking me what's the number because I'm telling her how to greet the customers. So I asked for a manager and she has a attitude because I requested her, she never stopped what she was doing to come see what I wanted.
These young people are HORRIBLE at this location.
Always greet the customers with a smile and act like you want to work because you just never know when the CEO will come through the door.
Visit this location at your own risk you've been warned.

Worst experience I had at a McDonald's I walked with my sister we both were not greeted the cashier held a lengthy conversation with a customer who then after finishing her conversation placed her order the cashier seeing we were next in line said to another gentleman you come ring and walked away. The gentleman took my sister order then I went to the kiosk and ordered mine I received my food first and my sisters took another 20minutes to come out my food was luke warm and my burger was made incorrectly after my sister asked for the manager to see exactly why was her food taking so long when we ordered the same thing he in fact said you either want hot fries or your money back they were rude and dismissive and continued to laugh and joke in the back at this point I would like corporate to do something about my experience this was unacceptable behavior on their end.

Look, I don’t ask for much in life… just some crispy fries, a McChicken, and the sauce that ties it all together like the final scene of a great movie.
But alas, once again, I get home, open the bag like it’s Christmas morning, and… no sauce. No BBQ. No sweet and sour. Not even a hint of honey mustard. Just dry nuggets staring at me like they knew the betrayal was coming.
It’s not just sauce. It’s the glue that holds the McDonald’s experience together. It’s the emotional support dip for my fries. The flavor symphony conductor. Without it, I’m just a sad adult with dry nuggets and trust issues.
Please, for the love of fast food, remember the sauce. You’re so close to perfection, don’t let the sauce be your downfall.
Sincerely,
A once-happy customer turned mildly dramatic sauce advocate 🍟😭

The food was on point this time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby was very clean.the restrooms were also well maintained. All thought i recommend going befor shift change (4 at the latest) thats when I have noticed the night shift isnt as polite or helpful and less cleanliness and more standing around

Corporate supplied food quality prevents any McDonald's from earning a 5 star from me, but I will keep returning for the fried as my guilty pleasure.
