If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has horrific service. It is not open 24 hours, I went there at around 1am to get food and the guy at the speaker rudely said they were closed while employees were standing around in the parking lot. I do not recommend going to this one.

They always mess up the orders; pancakes never come with the basics (butter and maple syrup) they also forget the toppings for the oatmeal; it’s always something that they don’t have ready. Very disappointing this location.

Went at 4:46am and they stated they are only accepting door dash orders. What kinda of business is this? If that’s the case why does online say 24/7 for operating hours. I won’t be back

Google says this place is open 24 hours just for me to drive here and the person in drive-through to tell me at 1:08 AM that I’m sorry, but we are not taking orders at this time!
If I could give them NO STARS I would. By far the WORST McDonald’s in the region. Horrible customer service. They will do some nasty stuff to your food too if you complain. I wouldn’t trust anything they give you. People have reported food poisoning and all. Be careful what you EAT!

This mcdonald's is super slow has a mean manager took over a half hour for one sandwich and they gave me a 4 pc instead of the 10 piece I ordered and wouldn't do anything about it when I complained

Very rude. I ordered a well done item so they asked me to pull to third window, which i had no problem . After some time I decided to wait if it got up to 10 minutes I’d go inside and ask. While waiting I saw them hand a bag out to a car from the window behind me. The car gave the bag back. When i went inside i saw that bag sitting by others, and after telling them my order i saw them try to give it to me.That’s handing out the same food that another customer has touched when they’ve handed it out wrong. Definitely against food, safety regulations.

Always forget to put the whole order in so sick of me giving up my money and never I mean never get order right. Again forget to put in my Double cheese that was 2 of them. An never even get a email back from owner or manager. Never again give up my hard earned money. Everyone look out bad business.
