Had an online order. Went through the drive through and they didn’t want to answer anyone in line. MULTIPLE DRIVE OFFS. I had to say hello for them to acknowledge me at to get my order, the burger was disgusting like it’s been sitting. Bun was hard, burger and cheese were cold not even melted. Will not be back

Every time I go here something is either missing or not made right! I use to mobile app so it not a miscommunication issue! How hard is it to read an order on a screen! I’m always waiting up to 15 mins for my food to come out! The service is horrible! I ordered the deluxe chicken sandwich with no mayo and extra pickles and I got a chicken sandwich with bacon no tomato no pickles! I had to go back into the restaurant after waiting 15 mins for my food to be brought out because a fry was missing! I don’t understand how hard it is to read the screen. They don’t put ice in the sodas. I ordered a 40 price chicken nugget and only got 30 my kids share the nuggets so yes I count them to made sure they all get the same amount . I will not be returning to this location! I understand accidents happen but for it to happen every single time I go is ridiculous and needs to addressed!

Terrible experience here. Ordered 2 quarter pounder meals at 6:52pm waited 35 minutes for me to go inside and still my food was made wrong. At 7:34 finally got my food and my sandwich was still made incorrectly (supposed to be no onion, still had onion on it and no pickles) highly disappointed.

Should've went down the street to the McDonald's that's actually under decent management. I saw the new management sign and thought it might be better but then waitied 30 minutes in line for 2 McChickens. Could've went behind the counter, dropped chicken, drop bread, and make my own sandwich in that time.
