This is easily the worst location by far anywhere around. Pathetic staff needs to be let go and they need to rebuild completely. I’ve never seen such dog shit service where they literally could care less that you are even there. Then when you drive up by the window they are just on their phones. Guys stay clean away from this location, last night I went to purchase a meal, waited in line for about 15 mins. First I was met by a worker on his head set as I drove up to place my order… in a very aggressive tone I hear “Welcome to McDonald’s, you using your mobile app!” (Men voice) i replied I was having trouble with the code coming through… the worker then yelled “So what are you getting!?” I asked for a Daily double combo meal deal. When I say after waiting for 15 mins, a guy name Ronald/Donald (manager) gave me a bag of food that was literally cold hard and flat. I couldn’t believe it, it also had hair on it 🤮! I walked up to the drive through window where the manager was totally defensive and said what”? I said look at how nasty this look and how hard and flat, he said Lol oh I didn’t know it was flat. I requested my money back, it took him 10 mins to give me 8 bucks . I probably will never go back to that location again. Horrible Guys

The Manager there is rude and disrespectful. NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER in my life have I ever been treated like this. I went back their because they did not but my 2 four piece chicken nugget in the bag witch is not my fault. And when I went the the window to get my stuff and the manager or who ever had the most nasty ass attitude sayin that he been backing the orders all day and he know that he put them in their. Calling me a liar and stuff and saying that’s it’s in the bag like if it was in the bag I would be here right now. I almost cussed him out the way he was talking to me.

Pathetic staff they are not even able to understand the order at drive thru i asked them to redeem a code and need two teas and fries they just charged for tea and not even used the code and no fries the manager said he is too busy to handle an empty mcdonalds.. i would never recommend this branch..

The only McDonald's that gives you HOT fries out the fryer. The food is ALWAYS hot, and they never forget the condiments. Hard workers in this location! They tackle their drive-thru lines like pros. They deserve 5 stars!
Sat at the speaker for 20 minutes with a whole line of cars behind me at 1130 pm. Nobody ever acknowledged me or the other car. This is quite ridiculous and is why I choose other McDonald’s over this one. It’s always an issue at this McDonald’s.

I ordered off the app, they said to call it in to doordash if it was messed up, but by the time I got it at lunch I couldn't eat it all so never got to my burger till I got home and it was so messed it up.. so bad..everything I can't have allergies wise was added and all I did put on was left off so ya was just standing there flabbergasted for 10 mins in my kitchen. Anyways I'm not going to hit doordash up hours later for my 7 dollar sandwich just gonna say maybe the app isn't a good thing to use here. 🙃
