I came to try and get some work done while enjoying some breakfast however I saw loitering signs posted up around the door and the inside which right away didn’t make me feel very welcomed. After purchasing food I asked if they had WiFi they said no, then I looked around for any outlets to charge my laptop and all of them were covered. Wouldn’t come here again ending up going to the Hobart location instead 3 mins away way better environment.

I ordered a sausage EGG N CHEESE McGriddle n got this. Like this is BEYOND ridiculous and the workers had a attitude and threw my receipt at me.

This is truly one of the worst establishments to order from rather it’s walk-in order, drive thru, or DoorDash . The customer service down to the way they handle mismanaging orders is ridiculous.

Ill give a 3 . Only reason being we always have to wait for coffee for some reason. And the fries are very salty. Service was okay. And the iced coffee is probably 3/4 ice so drink it fast or it'll be coffee flavored water

I went to McDonald’s this morning. I ordered my order number was 243. I ordered a small coat two egg my muffins three hashbrowns. My name is Brenda I get home. I have an egg my muffin with no meat. I don’t understand how either they don’t have enough people working or they don’t care about the people standing in line and then they just give you any damn thing. McDonald’s is getting really crappy.

I ordered the new grinch meal, no socks available . Yet they inquired if I still would purchase, I said no thank you.
Ordered other items at 12:47pm [receipt shows time stamp] Instructed to move to the 2nd window for my food. 10mins later, food comes out incorrect, missing plain mcchicken. Called the store, instead of getting back in line. I was informed they will bring it out.
10 MINUTES later, nothing.
I reversed into the 1st window inquiring where my plain mcchicken is at. They apologized. I told them this was ordered 20mins my food is definitely cold by now especially those fries.
Just to pull out their driveway, en route home, my child noticed his big mac has STALE, HARD BUN.
Mind you I ordered are 1247 and didn't get my food until 1: 12pm. 25mins for this bs!!!
I DIDNT BOTHER GOING BACK. HORRIBLE SERVICE WASTE OF TIME WASTE OF $$$

This place says they are 24 hrs... We went there at 230am last night after we left a laundry mat because we were a little hungry and this is the only one open 24 hrs .. well, first it wasn't letting me put a mobile order though, so we went up to the drive thru and they said they were only taking Uber orders, there were 3 other people ahead of us that got turned away and one coming in after us as well. Did not give an explanation of why we couldn't order thru the drive thru. This has happened several times before when we have gone there later as well, this wasn't the first. So we talked to the Manager today and told her what happened. She said they are not supposed to be doing that and she will definitely address the issue. So if anyone goes there late at night and they try to say they are closed or not taking orders, they are lying. Just wanted to put this out there and let others know because they have done this several times now.

I got charged almost $4 for tomatoes added to two spicy mc chickens and bacon added to a daily double. Got home and neither was added. Phone doesn’t work so I couldn’t call.

This location is horrible. I ordered mobile, waited 20 extra mins just to receive half my order. I told the worker what was missing and waited another 6 mins to get the other half. I asked for no ice in my drink, and they put ice I didn’t complain about that though. The Big Mac was the worst, they served me stale bread. Save your time and gas and go to the McDonalds by the highway on Mississippi. Just because this location is 24/7 doesn’t mean it’s worth staying open all night. Poor Management is the reason the staff don’t care. Even if you are short staff management is suppose to step in and cover vacancies, I don’t see that happening at night when every car the goes through the drive through you pull them up. 👎
