I’m pretty sure this place is now out of business. I walked the entire mall and didn’t see them and it’s not listed in the malls website as a store in the mall.

Ordered a cookie online. When I arrived to pickup one employee stated they never received an order and the other stated that the cookie decorator was sick and I should have received a phone call to let me know this. I never received a call and they stated they weren’t able to refund me at the store so I’m still waiting for my refund now. There were three employees working while I was there and if none of them can put icing on a cookie I’m not sure why they’re being paid?

Dilanda wqs very rude when I asked if it was a cinnamon sugar cookie she responded with "that's what the text says" when in fact she failed to put the tags out for the day and there was no tags she's very rude and should not be working in customer service

Their cookies are fantastic! Especially their red velvet ones and the snickerdoodles and the big cookies they make with the frosting on them.

The last time I was here management was very rude to the employees and disrespectful to a customer who was just telling her to relax instead of being rude to her employees and then threatened to call security just because the woman told her to be nicer. I will never go here again.
