Since when can you not use your birthday reward for any bundtlet? Its only good for the basic flavors here at the merrillville location but it doesn't state exclusions for flavors any where on the site or the coupon. This is crazy when any other time you're paying through the butt for just one. Now this one limits you for your birthday. Crazy

First time coming, I wasn’t greeted nor was I thanked for shopping here. Ellen should get retrained on her customer service skills. I said thank you and I got an “mhmm”.

The staff working on Sunday August 3rd at Merrillville location were awesome. I ordered a cake but picked the wrong pick up day and they still made it for me. I truly appreciate the great customer service!!

Why is it so difficult to give a customer a fork when they ask for one? I was continually going but when told I couldn’t have a fork but had to purchase a party pack, I haven’t returned. That was a very cheap, ridiculous experience from this place.

They did not make my order, then the cake did not arrive in time for the part. They had horrible customer service because you had to be calling them to know the status and they blatantly lied about it, what a shame :( Kirkland location

Had the two tiered cake for a birthday party, which was delicious. However, because of the cellophane wrapping collapsing on itself, the frosting was irreparably ruined. it would be wise for the company to invest in boxes to be used to transport such an expensive cake for its customers. No matter the temperature, cellophane wrapping will make contact with icing and look sloppy.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I have a ton of kids, because I’ve fostered and adopted many children through the years, and they all love receiving their birthday cakes from here. Today was one of my many kids birthdays . So I excitedly made a pitstop to grab a lemon or lemon raspberry cake for my daughter‘s birthday today . The same store I’ve been going to for years . They know me well here. I enter the store and though there were two workers no one acknowledged me. These two workers were young, and obviously must be somewhat new as I had never seen them before . At first, I thought nothing of it and figured someone would soon address me so I waited around a while but still no acknowledgment. ** Here’s the worst part , During my wait time, I could hear a man in the back of the store very loudly either vomiting or making dry heaving sounds. I could hear other female voices too laughing. This continued on for sometime while I still stood waiting to be addressed . I mean , if even to be told, “we’ll be with you in a minute.” That would have been nice. However, that never happened and I got to continue listening to the vomiting sounds that kept rolling out of the back where they’re baking people‘s cakes‼️‼️ 🤮Finally, it was so loud and gross it honestly got to me. I gave up on being acknowledged and decided to just leave and go get my daughter a cake elsewhere. Looking back , I’m glad I wasn’t acknowledge because then I would’ve felt obligated to commit to buying a cake despite the disgusting sounds that I was hearing in the back. I’m not sure if a flavor of a cake was causing somebody to vomit or dry heave but I’m pretty sure I won’t be going back . It truly turned my stomach . I have no clue what they were doing to Customer’s cakes back there. Maybe that’s why there is a wall up where people can’t see the baking area? My time was seriously wasted and the experience definitely ruined me as a customer. And as far as an additional side note goes , please train your workers, despite whatever age you choose to hire at, to at least acknowledge customers when they walk in the door . In doing so it will make them feel like they are somewhat important or at least their money is. For the record , this just happened 30 minutes ago at the Waco TX location.
