Shaq!!! That's all I can say. He is the best server I've ever had in my entire life. I almost gave up on Olive Garden but after my experience with Shaq, ill definitely be back. Shaq, if u r reading this YOU ROCK!!!!

I created my own pasta dish and it was excellent. Angel hair, mushroom sauce and chicken with a side of meatballs. The waitress was outstanding...she needs to run olive garden.

Food was good, service was very slow and frazzled. The restaurant was only 20% full but they seemed unable to handle the volume.

Our server, Emily, was a pleasure. She was polite and prompt. My only issue was the area we sat in smelled like dirty dish rag and urine. It was very off-putting. We were sat in the inner part that's raised and usually sits large parties.

Olive garden have been really slipping lately. Two orders in a row are yuck. The spaghetti had two long black hairs mixed in with the pasta. Like the hair was in the water or something. Anyway we will not be order olive garden for a very long time.

Did not receive order
When we entered there was a really strong unpleasant smell in the entire restaurant. I hopped it was only at the entrance (bathrooms near entrance) but the bad smell was even in the back dining room. Smelled musty wet. I wonder if it has anything to do with the sewer work taking place outside the restaurant on Rt 30. I wish I would have trusted my instincts and left. Portion sizes are big. Didn't take home leftovers because it just didn't taste very good. Spicy meat sauce was a new menu item and it was better than regular meat sauce. Probably won't go back.
