I had my mother's day even though it was 20 minutes late the food was amazing the service kind of sucks they did forget a lot of stuff but I tried to understandable cuz it was Mother's Day it was very loud very chaotic and the menu seem to get smaller with different choices on it which I was pretty upset about

The steak, wings and bread were really good. I had the ribeye, medium, but the mash potatoes were salty. Our appetizer were there hot wings. They weren't hot, but they were very well seasoned, mmmm. I think I'm going to try this place again and it is just because we went an hour before they were going to close so they were cleaning and it looked a bit chaotic. The servers were nice but only checked on us only once and at the end when she gave us our bill. Oh the Caesar salad was gross. Longhorn has the best strawberry salad.

Very nice clean restaurant. Very friendly staff we had a great waiter. He was very attentive. Join their app program. We got a free blooming onion for joining the app program. All of our food was cooked fresh and hot and was very tasty. They have a great Caesar salad. They also have some really good deals where you geta salad or soup and your choice of burger or shrimp with fries or a potato and a dessert. Great deals.

Probably the worst dining experience. We had to ask for utensils and plates. Our food was soggy and greasy. Service was slow. Did not clear off tables.

We went for mother's day and they were short staffed in the kitchen so after waiting for a table for almost an hour we waited for our food for 2 hours

It was Mother's Day I expected slow service due to the volume of people. The cook on the other hand was a big disappointment. I asked for a burger medium well and my brother asked for the sirloin medium well. Both were overdone. My burger was burnt almost completely through.

It's not my first time there it won't be my last.

Some of the food was cold. The service was extremely polite but moving at a chicago traffic pace. In all seriousness for the amount of time you'll spend waiting you may as well go home and cook dinner yourself. Not intending to be rude just giving an honest observation.

What a disappointment this restaurant was on so many levels, from no greeter at the door to the overall condition of the property and having three different servers.questionable food quality, I will continue with my tried and true Long Horn Steakhouse

Youth make mistakes, part of growth, we all get it. But where was management to correct the mistakes? That I take issue with. And no, not some old man (I hope not considered such? lol), I am 40. Anyway. We were charged for an upgrade to a side which simply didn’t come out the way I ordered. Now, this part is at least in part accountable to the back of the house, no doubt, but my concern is the failure to recognize in the prep before being presented to the table. I noticed it so I pointed it out to the server to just make sure it wasn’t reflected on the bill, but otherwise didn’t mind eating it in the least the way that it was. We ate our meal, we enjoyed it enough, no serious red flags there, not trying to be prudish. We just were trying to eat light and be on our way, saving the rest for later. So she brought us boxes, and somehow failed to bring the check at the same time, although we were visibly ready to leave. Not a huge deal, but to be noted in conjunction with the ensuing shortcomings. She returned a few minutes later, processed the bill and sure enough, we were charged for the upgrade we did not receive. She then disappeared for a solid 5 minutes before I could catch her attention to adjust this error. I asked that it be amended. The server took forever and a day again, though comparatively not as long, and then brought us a paper merchant copy. After already waiting all of ten minutes at this point to simply pay and leave, she plopped it on our table and scurried away. Of course she couldn’t hear when I belted “Ms!”. We were not going to wait around, again, to pay for our food and leave. We had to be somewhere promptly. I took it to the front and asked for it to be rectified. The young lady at the hostess stand stood on business. She should get an escalated role because she recognized there was clearly an error in service and she did not hesitate to act. She brought it hastily right back, we paid, we left. We still tipped our server because, hey, you can’t leave her “nothing” as that is just gross. She was nice after all, definitely gotta point that out. But we didn’t tip her generously like we normally do. She made not 1, not 2, not 3 but four lapses in judgment. Now, my real qualm? After allllll of the above; why would a manager not present themselves to address the issue in person? Get it together management. Coporate, heed some advice: Don’t just hire youth, get a mix of 20s and 30s etc. in there, that is where excellent service strives. You lose a little on the front end but you wholesale replenish on the comeback with returning customers. Not rocket science economics. Treat your customers like they matter, fix issues in real time as they happen, do not wait for a three star review. Address matters in person. But maybe thats the elephant in the room. Perhaps management didn’t recognize the issue as it occurred because they don’t have control of their environment? And if they don’t, how then is an example to be lead to the youth??? You’re welcome for these words of encouragement. I look forward to visiting again and giving you that chance to redeem yourself.
