Every time I come here, I have to wait more than 20 minutes to get my food whether it’s me placing a pick up order or come to the drive-through. It takes 20 minutes for me to get food. They are extremely slow. No sense Of urgency. I’ve even tried to speak to the manager about this face-to-face and all she said was well it’s breakfast time. I probably will never be back at this location

Slow service and incomplete order. Simple take out order for a bagel and Pecan Braid. There weren't 10 people in the store and it took 15 minutes. When I opened the bag after leaving... no Pecan Braid. Called the store and no answer. This is a location to avoid for sure.

We’ve come here two nights in a row, both times around 5:30/6. Both times they been out of bread and she told me because it was during closing hours….they close at 10. Didn’t know 4 hours before closing was considered during closing hours.
We like the various types of flavors we can get for food here.
The personnel is great at the Merrillville location. They are attentive, and if something is not quite right, they always make it right.

I usually never have a rough time with panera but I called about a order i placed over 1 1:2 hours ago and I felt rushed off the phone or as if they felt the need to not be bothered with me.

I asked for the 1/2 samd & soup, got a salad & soup lol. Cashier confused me too. I said $6,99 after he put $8.99 in total. Lol.

Bathroom trashed outside garbage full and trash everywhere. Better off going through the drive-thru if you have to have it. The staff is not about customer service they are on their phones 90% of the time if they are not making food or taking your money. Blue hair don't care! Nose ring central with an eyeroll to top it off. Would not recommend.

Customer service was friendly but the wait in the drive thru was a bit long. Coffee was lukewarm and not fresh at all so it got cold within minutes and ended up throwing it away smh. Do better!
