Bathroom trashed outside garbage full and trash everywhere. Better off going through the drive-thru if you have to have it. The staff is not about customer service they are on their phones 90% of the time if they are not making food or taking your money. Blue hair don't care! Nose ring central with an eyeroll to top it off. Would not recommend.

Customer service was friendly but the wait in the drive thru was a bit long. Coffee was lukewarm and not fresh at all so it got cold within minutes and ended up throwing it away smh. Do better!

I cannot attest to whether or not this particular location has good food or anything else. I just walked out after waiting 5 minutes at the register while people looked at me, walked past me never acknowledged me and basically completely ignored me. I was the only one of two customers in the whole store. I am just traveling through today and was hungry for a bagel and some coffee, but I will never go to this location again and would suggest that others consider not going until they address this. I stop at Panera all the time with my wife and have been for years. I am extremely disappointed in this location and those who are offering service here. Very very disappointed and now I have to go drive somewhere else just to get breakfast.

SERVICE & FOOD (RICE SOUP/CAESARS SALAD) WAS GOOD TWO ⭐️ THE PLACE IN ITSELF WAS EXTREMELY MESSY ALL OVER. THREE ⭐️ ANOTHER ISSUE I HAVE WITH PANERA THAT A BOWL OF SOUP IS SO MUCH MORE EATING AT THE RESTAURANT THAN THE TAKE OUT VERSION.

Just got lunch. I ordered a grilled cheese. It was the most pathetic excuse for a grilled cheese I have ever seen. The bread was not toasted and the stuff they called american cheese looked like a glob of cheese whiz. It was a tasteless sandwich. You would think.that for $19.the food would have been much better. Eat elsewhere. I.know I will.
This Panera never disappoints! It is very tidy and it is my family's favorite place to stop whenever we are in the area! The service incredible as well. The cashier Sydni was very sweet and helpful. She went out of her way to make my visit comfortable and convenient.

Unacceptabele! This establishment is DIRTY! Dirty Dishes are by the drink station. Other dishes hasn't been picked up in a few hours! I wont talk aout the dirty carpet! Instead of cleaning dining area staff has decided to discuss another employee's work conduct, interaction with HR, and the reason shes no longer employed! Staff is here to socialize. They definitely didn't come here to work! I took pics definitely will post to warn people about this place! Stay away!

Love the salad menu! Merrillville, IN store is my favorite. The Valparaiso, IN carryout, is skimpy on salad portions and contents. I added avocado on my carryout and paid extra for it, and there was none received.
