The “manager” was very rude. She hung up on us when we called about the food not being cooked fully. We ordered 7 pizzas and 6 orders of breadsticks for a birthday party. When we got the order home and realized it wasn’t cooked fully we called and she said “call tomorrow and talk to the main manager I can’t do anything for you” and hung up on us. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Will not go to this location again! I'm new in town and didn't realize where exactly this store is... it's in a run down area. I'm glad my kids & I made it out safely... walked in was not greeted at all...2 of the employees looked at me and said nothing just kept making empty boxes and containers. Brought my pizzas home and my large specialty pizza hardly had any toppings I couldn't believe it I was looking at bread with a few tomatoes and spinach on it. I was disgusted with everything!

My pizza was horrible the crust was not right, like it had been old , hardly no meat on it for it to be meaty it tasted weird instead of 6 wings i got 5 small baby wings this is usually my go to but nope they totally messed up

Apparently this store sends their orders out with door dash because their is only one guy working the whole store. Why are you even open if you don't have enough employees to run the business properly? My order was either misdelivered or stolen by the door dash driver. By the time I figured out it was missing and called the guy working wouldn't do anything except give a refund, and he was rude about it. I also used papa dough on my order and he didn't put the papa dough back on my account. Save yourself time and frustration, go to any other Papa John's except this one!

The food is so cheap the pizza crust was barely thicker than a piece of paper The topping and cheese were very sparse. The worst insult is I ordered a 10 piece chicken wing and most of what they gave me was smaller than McDonald's chicken nugget. I'm going to try to add pictures to show you. I'm going to add a picture of a grocery store 25 piece chicken wing where the pieces are a lot bigger and they were for half price. I honestly thought it was a mistake and took them back to the store the next day. The manager was rude and insisted that these were chicken wings.

Our pizza was soggy at the bottom , tried calling and the manager was acting very sarcastic with my mother like we were lying about the bottom of the pizza being soggy. We picked up the pizza and all the toppings just fall off. Paid $40 dollars add had to put the pizza back into our oven!
