My pizza was horrible the crust was not right, like it had been old , hardly no meat on it for it to be meaty it tasted weird instead of 6 wings i got 5 small baby wings this is usually my go to but nope they totally messed up

Apparently this store sends their orders out with door dash because their is only one guy working the whole store. Why are you even open if you don't have enough employees to run the business properly? My order was either misdelivered or stolen by the door dash driver. By the time I figured out it was missing and called the guy working wouldn't do anything except give a refund, and he was rude about it. I also used papa dough on my order and he didn't put the papa dough back on my account. Save yourself time and frustration, go to any other Papa John's except this one!

The food is so cheap the pizza crust was barely thicker than a piece of paper The topping and cheese were very sparse. The worst insult is I ordered a 10 piece chicken wing and most of what they gave me was smaller than McDonald's chicken nugget. I'm going to try to add pictures to show you. I'm going to add a picture of a grocery store 25 piece chicken wing where the pieces are a lot bigger and they were for half price. I honestly thought it was a mistake and took them back to the store the next day. The manager was rude and insisted that these were chicken wings.

Our pizza was soggy at the bottom , tried calling and the manager was acting very sarcastic with my mother like we were lying about the bottom of the pizza being soggy. We picked up the pizza and all the toppings just fall off. Paid $40 dollars add had to put the pizza back into our oven!
Ordered a pizza online it came quick which is good , but the pizza was lukewarm and didnt taste as good as any i had before. I dont know if you changed anything but it wasn't worth the money i spent !

The pizza was just ok. The cheese and sauce ratio was on the skimpy side, and the crust was slightly burnt. As is the pizza was lacking. Perhaps a more customized order would bring up a better rating.

I ordered a pizza and a 2-liter, but only the pizza arrived. Cool, whatever, accidents happen. It would have taken the delivery driver 30 minutes+ to be back with the drink, and I didn't want to waste his time like that, so when he offered to give a credit, I said "sure."
Twenty minutes later, I get a call from the store where an extremely rude woman said that they will not do a credit for a $4 two liter of soda, nor would they send anyone out with the thing because "I already checked out your driver, so you gotta show up by the end of tonight."
I was livid. I ordered delivery because I couldn't be bothered to drive out for lazy food, and the associates at the store failed to check the order before they sent it out.
And then she started talking like *I* was the idiot because I didn't *immediately* call them when the driver, who I spoke to, offered to get it credited.
If, at the very least, she was polite about telling me to get bent I wouldn't be writing this because that's corporate america, and that's what you can expect. But she wasn't. So good riddance.
Never ordering from this location again.

Completely unacceptable my wife order cheese sticks and also received delivery as well! Food finally here there is literally a breadstick missing out the box. We gave them the food back. My wife call manager to address issue and she was told “it comes like that” I will not be purchasing anything else from this location I’ll keep shopping on Indianapolis Blvd
