My wife call manager to address issue and she was told “it comes like that” I will not be purchasing anything else from this location I’ll keep shopping on Indianapolis Blvd

I ordered a pizza and a 2-liter, but only the pizza arrived. Cool, whatever, accidents happen. It would have taken the delivery driver 30 minutes+ to be back with the drink, and I didn't want to waste his time like that, so when he offered to give a credit, I said "sure."Twenty minutes later, I get a call from the store where an extremely rude woman said that they will not do a credit for a $4 two liter of soda, nor would they send anyone out with the thing because "I already checked out your driver, so you gotta show up by the end of tonight."I was livid. I ordered delivery because I couldn't be bothered to drive out for lazy food, and the associates at the store failed to check the order before they sent it out.And then she started talking like *I* was the idiot because I didn't *immediately* call them when the driver, who I spoke to, offered to get it credited.If, at the very least, she was polite about telling me to get bent I wouldn't be writing this because that's corporate america, and that's what you can expect. But she wasn't. So good riddance.Never ordering from this location again.

The girl with the braids working the cash register at night has HORRIBLE customer service. The only thing she said to me was “cash or card” and sat on her phone scrolling through facebook the whole time I was at the register, took her sweet time and was more interested in facebook than doing her job. I said thank you and she just turned and walked away on her phone. I suggest getting delivery. Food is great though?

My i drove 40 minutes to even get to the location and on arrival my order was not ready! A man at the counter said, My dad you got like 25 minutes ! Wow so it takes and hour to get two pizzas ready and one doesn’t even have meat on it smh! Horrible

Order was placed online and picked up some takeout for dinner. Pizzas and wings were ready and hot ! Three orders of wings bbq and hot lemon pepper wings,good size not skimpy and I recommend??. Ordered the wings all well done and it was how I like them so if it looks dark it's on purpose. The pizzas was good I had a bbq pineapple & chicken and a bbq mushroom chicken pizza ( nice amount of toppings on both) plus it was good. Would order from there again!

The Rude female manager at night is not only disrespectful but frankly do not care about customer satisfaction. Even after having a credit on my account she still refuse to comply with getting my order remade. It's sad that in this day and age a customer has to call corporate for two days straight and still she wants to act nasty and not even remake the food. This 48hr experience truly has made me disgusted and if your that nasty to customer, than imagine what she does to the food. Will be placing a BBB complaint
