Ordered 3 meals through drive thru at 12:15, after watching 8 cars served after ourselves had to go inside at 12:35 to get our order ourselves.. Chicken sandwich bun was a massacre before we even tried to eat. Service was horrible, do better!

Worst experience EVER. Waited forever to order was ignored for almost 10 minutes. While employees joked around and basically did nothing except one worker. Guy in charge never said anything. Finally put in our order and we had to walk to register at drive through to put our pin in. Then waited another 15 min. Got wrong order went back in and waited some more said they were waiting for fries. Somehow several drive through orders got there orders. Then they lost our order and needed my receipt to finally fill the order. Then they even got that wrong. Had to go back a third time to get it correct. UNBELIEVABLE

ordered a 14 piece tenders through the app ended up getting a 8 piece chicken instead. no help once so ever. i got home and just ate the chicken. terrible experience

Only person in lobby - arrived 253 pm. No service until 258 pm when I asked if they took orders in lobby. Manager reluctantly served me, as slowly as she could move, stopped to chit chat with employee while bringing me my food. If you want to be served by jerks go here they are condescending to customers. Guess I now know why no one else was there!!!!

Went there for dinner on friday with some friends. Took forever to get my food, and they forgot one of my friends' orders. The men's bathroom was disgusting, and the urinal was mounted too high. They did let me and my friends chat for an hour after we finished eating, and someone brought a dog in that wasn't a service dog to my knowledge. But the food was good.

We ordered 3 chicken sandwich meals. Mine was different because I ordered the pickle meal. The lady was angry that I ordered it. She told me I wouldn't like it. Waited almost 30 minutes for our food. Then I received the food the pickle chips were so burnt I couldn't even eat them. The floor was slippery and greasy. The tables were sticky and has crumbs and dirt all over them. I had to use the bathroom and I felt like I needed a shower afterwards.

This is legit the worst popeyes location. Never have enough chicken, sides always cold, order always wrong.

Don’t understand how my partner, who was picking up a DoorDash order to deliver, was told to call their customer and tell them to cancel the order because they (the workers) were taking the rest of the food home for themselves, AFTER waiting in the drive-thru for thirty minutes, AND AFTER the workers had already confirmed the food to DoorDash. Now, I understand working in restaurants, I’ve done it my entire life, and that those last orders suck before you get to clean and close, but come on. Pitiful. Do better.

If you do DoorDash and receive this Popeyes location; you might be better off skipping it. The workers seem very nonchalant and they don’t move with efficiency. I waited for an order for over 25 minutes . I let the customer know that the order was taking a while and I let the app know as well . For some reason the food delivery workers still get blamed.

The worst experience, I placed a pick up order and tried reaching them multiple times, as I would be late for picking the order. They didn’t respond and it’s not the first time, my in store experience was more worst than that. They don’t respond to customers.
