QDOBA Mexican Eats

For starters I ordered thorough DoorDash and one of the two orders was wrong I called to inform them it was wrong everything was fine the manager explained to me how to go about reordering and how it would be free of charge and then called back because I had a question the older lady that answered the phone apparently forgot to mute the phone upon calling for the manager and I clearly heard the lady say it’s crazy lady calling again and the I heard her say she asked for you then the phone went mute I finally spoke to the manager and I told him what I heard and asked if I miss heard her he began to laugh and say no she just said you would like to speak to me I found this whole situation rude and unprofessional do better and much sure you put the phone on hold before you bad mouth someone

Asked for extra hot sauce since I bought 4 bowls and only put one pack for each asked the lady she was gone go to back and get more the manager or the cook I think came and said we don’t have any that’s all you can get
So disappointed

Much better than Chipotle

This Qdoba is the best. Such a pleasant experience with great staff. Food was fresh. Great portions. More options for additions to bowls and burritos than Chipotle. Will definitely be back.

I can remember when it opened with 2 sweet Latina women and it was a pleasant experience. The manager decided to get up from eating in the lobby and made my order as if he was mad at me. So you imagine how much protein he gave me. Sorry not coming back...

I am watching my carb intake and this place makes it easy by offering all their yummy goodness on a bed oh lettuce with all the toppings you could want. Reasonable price for really good food. You feel like you are something nourishing when you are through.

This Qdoba always makes me feel welcomed with their great customer service throughout and time of day and is one of the only locations I can go to for breakfast in the morning. Quality of food is second to none- always hot and fresh. Hands down the best Qdoba I have been to. If your not apart of the Loyalty Rewards program you should be as they provide amazing discounts and free entrees/chips and queso etc.
No more Chipotle for me - #TeamQdoba

Vegetarian options: They offer veggie bowls so if you do not eat meat they can definitely make sure you still get a quality meal

Kid-friendliness: Children are always welcomed and they provide booster seats/ highchairs and a great open concept with quality space

My fiancé and I went in to eat dinner on our way home from visiting family. We ordered and I asked for a lid to shake my bowl and she indicated that I should just use hers. I sat down to eat and the chicken was OVERCOOKED and black looking. The rice was UNDERCOOKED and still tasted like grain. It was so gross. We threw our bowls away and went to get food somewhere else.

Would not recommend this qdoba to anyone!

The burrito was good but, the chips were soggy and they actually forgot them the first time. The staff was rude and snarky. It was a pretty bad experience

I visit Qdoba frequently and the staff is always very friendly. The restaurant is clean even when there appears to be a rush. I had the opportunity to be served by I believe her name was Tre, Jamie, Erin and Marcus.

Good food, however this particular location didn’t have as many options for toppings as other locations we’ve been to. For example, there were no red onions.
