My experience at this location on November 24 ,2025 around 6pm was horrendous. The young woman who began my order was polite, although I had to wait for her finish making her own food before she began preparing mine. The next person who finished preparing my food was so unpleasant and unprofessional, I could not believe it. Not only was she talking about topics that were inappropriate for the workplace (especially in front of a customer), there was no sense of urgency whatsoever to complete my order. I was the only customer in the restaurant at the time, so there should not have been a delay. The young lady who began my order had to nudge the second server to complete my order. The young woman turned to me and stared blankly, then finally asked what I would like to complete my order. I told her I was waiting for her and she gave a flippant response. There were four other employees, all standing around nearby. One of the onlookers was a manager. No one redirected the rude server, nor intervened, even though they all saw and heard the rude exchange. I won't be returning to this location, and I will tell everyone I know about this experience and discourage them from patronizing this location since the staff apparently has no issue with delivering disrespectful service, unprovoked.

The employee kept giving me small Portions, even when I ask for double meat. And then ask for a my burrito to get double wrap. And she didn’t know how to do it. Some of the stuff fell out of the burrito. They didn’t even put it back. They Threw it away. At this point, I feel like I want my money back, but I just want it nice about the situation.

My experience here was beyond terrible I come here on the regular never felt like this the girl came in front of me didn’t say hello can I help you or nothing just stood there and looked at my I said something to her hoping she would open her mouth never said nothing so at that point I asked the other staff did she understand English then she proceed to tell me I’m Racist I told her that was nothing racist about that because there is no reason why would u not say one word to me unless you don’t understand me then after that she had a terrible attitude walking to co workers laughing

Cursing and having a conversation with another employee while taking a customers order is completely unacceptable. It’s not that hard to take care of a customer and then go back to your conversation after they’ve left. Won’t be coming back.
