My experience here was beyond terrible I come here on the regular never felt like this the girl came in front of me didn’t say hello can I help you or nothing just stood there and looked at my I said something to her hoping she would open her mouth never said nothing so at that point I asked the other staff did she understand English then she proceed to tell me I’m Racist I told her that was nothing racist about that because there is no reason why would u not say one word to me unless you don’t understand me then after that she had a terrible attitude walking to co workers laughing

Cursing and having a conversation with another employee while taking a customers order is completely unacceptable. It’s not that hard to take care of a customer and then go back to your conversation after they’ve left. Won’t be coming back.

Very good food, but if you order ahead expect to still wait longer than you would at the restaurant. Took 30 minutes for my food.

The speakers are broken and it makes the most horrible grating sounds. I asked if the staff could at least turn it off and said they didn't have the ability to.

Clean restaurant. The staff was super friendly which was nice after a long day. Tacos were great.

Every single time I walk in here, I LOVE the service I recieve! The employees put a smile on my face, load up my bowl every time, and are just great to chat with! Keep up the great work :-)

So there bathrooms are pretty dirty, neither had toilet paper, I asked for toilet paper, and the lady opened the seat compartment where all the toilet paper was and she expected me to bend down and get it and then once she grabbed it because I wasn’t going too, she handed it to me and expected me to put it in each of the bathrooms… lol

Came in yesterday to purchase 3 tacos, and it took 10 minutes. Within those 10 minutes. The young lady was laughing with employees. She dropped my lettuce on the floor, and then proceeded to laugh with the manager. She stopped atleast 3 times to engage in conversation. With other employees.
To conclude, I finally got to the register, and after the long wait, the young lady got smart with me because I didn’t want a bag. As she stated “well I already got the bag ready!” And I told her for the second time I didn’t want the bag.
Horrible experience.

Placed an order on line on there web site nevered received my good or my money back called and spoke to the most unprofessional person on the from from that location explain to her what was going on and was told it’s nothing she can do and the don’t have a corporate phone number this was my last time ordering from there👎👎👎👎👎

I came to get my order and I asked the lady behind the counter if I can get a cup of water, she proceeds to Hand me a little baby cup, I told her is there anyway I could get a larger cup I’ll pay for the cup if that’s the issue she went to ring up the cup and told me that I was $3.19. I know you’re lying. There’s no way that I’m paying $3.19 for a cup. I might as well get a fountain drink if that’s the case I don’t know if she was trying to be funny or what but I know damn well that cup did not cost over three dollars.
