I was looking for a close spot to have a cold beer and grab a bite to eat in-between my daughters volleyball games and stumbled upon the gem called R Place. This spot is great! I was told that they have been in business 42 years! WOW, and I can see why. They are very friendly and treat you well. The food is fantastic and the locals are very laid back and make you feel welcome as well. If I was local to the area, this bar would be my base! A throwback feel to the better times, in my opinion. 5 ✨'s! I hope to get a chance to visit again.

I definitely recommend if your kid is playing volleyball down the street! Daisy was a fantastic bartender and my friends and I had a great time on our 1 hour Break between games;)
