Great pho but this is the second time I’ve ordered here both times I order extra brisket and both times have been charged for it but have not received it. It’s incredibly annoying because without extra brisket you only get about 5 pieces. So I paid $23 for basically noodle soup both times

Extremely over priced for what you get. I got their signature pho. The broth was pretty tasteless and there was only about 4 thin slices of dry pork and beef. The pho was supposed to have tendon and tripe as well, but there was only one piece of each.
The atmosphere itself was fine aside the tables from being a little dirty, service was a little inattentive but nothing egregious.

Everything was ok. We order the number 4 egg noodles. They said its a beef broth and we dont eat pork. But we saw like a tiny crispy meat, and when we asked he said pork but when we surprised he said its beef. So i dont know :)

We had a very disappointing experience at Saigon Noodle House. We tried to order a large pick up order the day before but was denied. We asked if they use msg and was told no. We asked how long it would take to prepare it once we ordered and was told 20 minutes. We ordered right when they opened and were told 30 minutes. In reality we waited over an hour for our food! Although flavorful, the portion size compared to the price disproportionate. None of us felt it was worth the price and agreed we would not return

Their Pho was delicious, wasn’t initially expecting all that flavor but it was packed with it! I’m giving 4–stars, because they were out of a lot of foods- including rice and the crab rangoons didn’t have much crab in them.
But overall- great food that could be easily overlooked!

Had beef and meatball pho. Broth was delicious, Steak was a tough.Spring rolls were really good but I will get shrimp only next time. Peanut sauce was soo good

The atmosphere is simplistic, not necessarily a bad thing though. My 5yr old daughter and I went for a post school/work day meal and it was exactly what we needed on this cloudy day.Even though we ordered small bowls it was so much we ended up taking a lot home. Very rich and delicious ?. The veggies were crispy and fresh. Lacking on the meat though. Next time I will double my shrimp.The service was phenomenal! I didn't get their names but 2 younger gentlemen waited on us and they were really hospitable. I appreciated the frequency they checked on us and their smiles were really charming. My daughter even wanted to tell them personally how yummy the coconut drink was ? we definitely will be back.
