Would love to recognize the outstanding customer service I received tonight. Amanda at customer service helped me every step of the way returning my damaged deep freezer. She had a little 5 year pendant on her name tag if that helps identify her! She took extra steps outside of her job description to ensure I left the club satisfied and happy with my return and repurchase! Thank you so much Amanda!

The restaurant area was disgustingly dirty, the trash cans were overflowing with garbage around them, the floor, tables and drink area were dirty, Employees were busy on their phones and NO ONE was cleaning. It was truly gross!

Sam's Club in the past was more member friendly, now everything is so micromanage, they don't have a lot of basic items anymore, for instance number 10 green beans frozen corn on the cob, but when you get to the checkout, the lines are longin regular service line, self checkout the lines are long and I don't use those because I feel like you should employ people not expect people to work for free then you get to the door and they scan all the items all over again. why not move the registers close to the door and as they finish ringing you up you can just leave. And the workers their body language tells you, it's just a job wasn't like that in the past, That's why the low score.

The Store itself is good. But the huge problem I have is that someone needs to direct traffic or something because every time I come in here, traffic is always backed up you have people going driving on the wrong side of the road it's just a huge cluster
