My husband & I tried the Food here this evening and it was great! We will definitely be going there again! My husband had the Rib Tips and Links Dinner with Mild Sauce, it came with Fries and a Drink. I had a piece of Catfish and a small side of Sweet Potatoes. That may not sound like much food, but that was the biggest piece of Catfish that I've ever had! The food was delicious 😋 We will definitely be going back 😋
Parking: There's plenty of free parking right in front of the place. There's other businesses in the shopping area, so it's a large parking lot.

I’m so very upset that I wasted my money at this restaurant! The food is horrible, no taste ,no smoke and it tastes old. I’m confused on how they are even trying to sell this food! How are they still open? Don’t waste your time or money! Better yet cook your own food at home, it will taste better.

I’ve purchased a box of ribs and large turkey tips. The owner was giving me a hard time about putting sauce on the ribs (LOL), but he buckled and placed sauce on the ribs. The ribs were tender, turkey tips were seasoned well (not dry) AND THE SAUCE WAS PERFECT!!!! THANK

I can't believe I wasted my money on this trash! The people giving this establishment high ratings must've been paid for their testimony. I bought a 1/2 slab and 2 small tips with a side of mac and 🧀. The tips were average, thinly cut, not worthy of high praise, the Mac and cheese was thick, pasty, and didn't taste cheesy at all! No flavor whatsoever! The 1/2 slab...OMG...I wouldn't give to my worst enemies dog. I couldn't even bite into the meat. It was too salty, and the sauce on the side still tasted like an amateur cook made it. You see...I forgot that I bought food from them a couple of years ago and didn't do a review then, of which I should have, but when I got my food through door dash and went back to Maps and saw the picture of the establishment is when I had a "Doh!" moment, so yes, shame on me & they won't get me a third time. Moral of the story don't have your food order delivered from any establishment when it's close to closing because it's a convenient way for them to push out poor quality food "scraps" out to the consumer. 2x in a row I've had a horrible food experience with these people, so I question the validity of the high ratings. STAY AWAY! unless you're on some get back for someone you don't like at work or if you need to get rid of pests in your yard, then go ahead and buy their horrible food. I guarantee the person at work will either apologize for rubbing you the wrong way or hate you even more, and the yard pests will 🏃♀️ for the hills if you throw it at them! I'm going to post 4 pictures. The first 1st & 4th pics are what rib tips are supposed to look like & the 2nd & 3rd pics (the dark, dry, charred crap) are of the 🗑 I bought from this establishment. Everything was good just needed a little more food for my money
Took a trip for business and decided to look up the best Bbq in Merriville my son and I being we from Chicago right next door. I am here to tell you we were NOT disappointed we ordered the Ribtips/link combo with baked beans and Mac n cheese. The tips were cooked to perfection and very flavorful with or without their savory Bbq sauce. I look forward to coming back. The owner was very welcoming upon our visit and even took the time to come out and check to see how we liked it.We both give it a 10 out 10 stars

I saw this BBQ place Smokin Glaze BarBeQue in Merrillville, IN while going to an estate sale across the street so I decided to try them. I had the rib tips, catfish fillets, and fries. The fries were crunchy and great and the ribs had a good smoke flavor and were tender but I didn't like the bbq sauce. It tasted like it had too much chili powder that wasn't cooked through. The catfish fillets were the best I've ever had. Flaky and fried perfectly! I would highly recommend the catfish and if you get the ribs get the sauce on the side. If I'm close by I'll have to try the chicken and brisket and some of the other sides.

The wings was delicious ' the mac and cheese was dry and the rib tips was mainly bones
1st time customer and bbq snob. Super impressed. The smokiness was perfect and the sauce is fantastic. It had the perfect amount of spicyness. Will definitely be a regular from now on. I had the brisket, rib tips and hot links. I cant even pick a favorite. Found my spot.
