“The Best Soul Food Restaurant in Merrilville“
“Was scrolling on TikTok, ran across this beautifully presented meals. I got out my bed and immediately came here. If you are looking for a taste that gives you a nostalgic feeling like you’re sitting in your grandmas kitchen on a Sunday, THIS IS IT! I think this is a hidden gem. This place deserves more attention. Food was so good, I tried to sample it in store and ended up sitting down and eating the entire meal and ordered more food to take home. The buffalo sauce had an amazing homemade taste. Again everything was so good I’m excited for my next visit. I plan on ordering the rib tips. I also Had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Sharon she was sweet and hospitable.“

“For our first family reunion we wanted to have rib tips and grilled wings to start our function off right. Kelly’s Soul Kitchen was professional and efficient! “I ate at the Cracker Barrel in Hobart, IN. It is my favorite of all of the CB's I have eaten at. my server was a lady named Sakita. She was amazing! She answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. She was attentive and anticipated my needs. The food was great!“
