JP was working the drive thru. She was kind and helpful when she noticed my disability. She instinctively warmed my muffin and I thought that was awesome. She was patient as I made sure I had a grip on my items too. All with a smile. Thank you!

This morning I went to Starbucks and I did my mobile order but guess what I needed it to the wrong location so I arrived at the store the customer service representative or was very nice and they helped me to place my order at the store even though I made a mistake and sent it to the wrong store, the food was hot. My drinks were phenomenal and now I’m making this location my primary location And they were very quick where I got to. I had to go on time. I really wanna say thank you to them. They were very nice phenomenon Customer Service. This is how it should be. I’ll give them two thumbs up.

Drive thru was fast and efficient. Unfortunately the Cappuccino I ordered came with syrup and I wanted raw sugar. $6.75 plus 1.00 tip for a bad cup of coffee is a bummer. Check the screen as they are ringing you up.

We got two drinks, but they were set a distance apart with no indication they belonged to us

They made our drinks correctly, but iced, and when we told them we ordered hot (nicely, we weren’t rude) they remade them hot, but wrong. There’s no cream in them and they filled them less than half full. Extremely disappointing when you pay for quality coffee and then pull one of these tricks out of anger.
