This was the first time I had a lemon balm. It was made with green tea, honey, and lemon. It hit the spot on a cool morning.

Great coffee and service but get cones for your drive thru. Customers will not drive around and annoyingly block the entrance causing Kaos in the drive thru. This happens at most of locations. You think drivers would do this automatically but they don't. Today a oversized truck blocked the entrance for over 10min, so customers who wanna come inside couldn't. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD GET SOME CONES IN YOUR DRIVE THRU! PEOPLE ARE NOT SMART AND TOO LAZY TO DRIVE AROUND THE BUILDING!!!!!

Placed an order through the app only two items, impossible breakfast sandwich and a iced caramel macchiato. I selected the drive through option, but upon arrival there was a long line and if I were to wait in the line I would be blocking traffic coming out from the southlake mall area. I go back in the app and hit “ignore orders” which I assume meant that I won’t be going through drive through. I park and walk inside and waited at the pickup area. I waited for over 15min, 25 to be exact while everyone else name was being called. I was never acknowledged there was only one person who was. I walked out because I had to head back to work and this was just a waste of my time. I understand that it’s busy, but what’s the point of pickup in store if people aren’t going to be acknowledged

Absolutely love this Starbucks, everyone is always super friendly and great with service! Never had a bad experiecnce and this is my favorite Starbucks ☺️

I recently had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to the barista, Alexis, at this Starbucks location. With my kids constantly changing their minds, ordering can be chaotic, but Alexis was incredibly friendly and patient, never once rushing me. That level of calm and kindness made our visit totally stress-free.
What truly sets Alexis apart, though, is her amazing attention to detail. While I was waiting, I watched her interact with other customers, and she provided fantastic service for everyone. Best of all, she caught an error on my own order: she noticed I didn't get the foam on my protein drink and immediately made sure it was added. She then double-checked that I had every item in my bag before handing it over.
Alexis embodies everything I remember and love about Starbucks baristas. The coffee tasted like it was genuinely made with love, and the service was the best I've had anywhere. We love Starbucks, and employees like Alexis (and the fun messages on the cups!) are exactly why we keep coming back. Thank you, Alexis, for making our morning!
